If the Victorian couple are in fact friends of BS it makes sense to me that he would have passed William onto them ASAP. Where else could BS have taken William? To his Laurieton shop? He would have had to sedate William to do that IMO. How else do you keep a little one quiet for hours on end. If BS slept at the Laurieton shop wouldn't MS have questioned why? Surely MS wouldn't have assisted BS in concealing William at their Bonny Hills Home. ANWSM.

The Victorian couple apparently didn't check into the caravan park until 28 September 2014. That's almost two weeks after William disappeared, although that's not to say they weren't in the Kendall area prior to that. And if you'd just 'taken delivery' of an abducted child would you stay in a caravan park with that distressed child for almost two weeks. The Victorian couple apparently didn't check out of the caravan park until 9 October.

The only other thing that I can think of right now is that it wasn't a paedophile urge on the part of BS. It was an accident. BS accidently ran little William down in his van and panicked. He found that William was deceased and quickly put him in the van and buried him God knows where.

That was difficult to type.

IMO the most mystifying thing about this case if BS is guilty is where was WT taken after he was abducted? If he was taken to the Bonny Hills house, was there a place under the house where BS could have kept him so his three grand stepsons did not see him?

The article where the washing machine van was spotted amongst the search vehicles etc was September 19. William disappeared on September 12 so it was a week later that the van was there.

But which day was that?

What if, and this is just me theorising, BS had been told by Grandma that the family were due to visit that weekend and needed the washer fixed, BS asks about the children and Grandma tells him. There's no reason that she can't talk about them. They are miles and miles from where the children live, BS won't know their full identity and Grandma can never foresee that this will end up in the media, so she tells BS that there is William aged 3 and his sister (grandma says name) aged 4. BS tells grandma about his own family situation, tells her he needs to order part and will be back to fix it.

On the Friday, BS makes Kendall his first call of the day and heads to grandma's house not knowing the family have arrived. Pulls up and watches william and his sister playing. Sees William running around without the sister and calls William over by saying "hey there William" (as he remembers William's name from the previous conversation with Grandma and obviously they have the same name). William is cautious at first but BS keeps talking to him, maybe about Spiderman, maybe he has some sweets with him, maybe has one of his grandsons' toys in his van or something to tempt William or maybe he says "hey my name is William too!" Little ones aren't as guarded when they are talking, and can trust someone quickly so maybe BS asks William where his mummy and daddy are, and William says Daddy has gone to work, and mummy is in the house. BS says he will take William to daddy and off they go. No screaming. No crying. BS straps him happily into the van, gone. Easily done in 5 minutes or so.

It worries me that BS has passing over children to others as an allegation from his past. The police are happy to say there is an active paedo ring in the area. Maybe BS didn't abduct William for himself, but to pass to a friend who likes little boys?

It's just a thought. But it's so easy to gain little kids' trust and if William thinks BS is just a nice grandad type and is going to take him to see his daddy then it would be easy to take him.

Yes I agree, it was more than likely as simple as that.

I don't believe William was handed on to anyone, I think he was abducted in a moment of madness with no plan at all, also don't think he was taken to the office or WS house.
I've considered whether he ran him over accidentally, as time has gone on think it less likely.
Sadly if the police can find no forensic evidence in the van, I think a confession is the only hope of solving it.

I think everything Jubelin has said/done since he took over has been done with this aim in mind. Likewise the fps interview, was not for the general public, just for a specific couple or person

I don't think William was ran over. No blood, no skin, no bang (even hitting a toddler at low speed would make a noise), no torn clothing, no dent on the van. Even if he had hit William with the van then why would he bundle him up and take him away? It would have been an accident. He's more likely to either a. Run and get William's mother (or screamed for help) or b. Left William where he was and driven away. People don't normally hit someone with a car and abduct them.

No I don't think William was hit by BS's car either. I'm as stumped as everyone else at this stage as to where William was taken. If BS did abduct William and was later seen by locals that day, what did he do with William? The following keeps running around in my brain.

The way Jubelin sees it, you open the door and you put him in the car. Perhaps your first thought is to return him to his parents. Certainly, if anyone saw you now, you could say you were driving him to the police station in Laurieton, 15 minutes away. Instead of knocking on doors, you head back out past the showground. No one follows you. You cross the Camden Haven River and nobody notices young William with the seatbelt over him. You bypass the police station in Laurieton and you just keep driving. By the time William’s mother calls 000 you are 30km away. There are tens of thousands of hectares of dense bushland between you and Kendall.

BBM: That last sentence gives me chills! Looking at a map and following the directions mentioned above, after driving 30km you would be very close to Bonny Hills. Is Jubelin inferring that William has been murdered and dumped somewhere in dense bushland between Kendall and Bonny Hills? And then there was the search of bushland near BS's home in March this year. Did someone see a car similar to one of BS's vehicles in that area? It was stated that the area is only accessible by four wheel drive. Yet BS doesn't own a 4x4 or does he? Or perhaps Gary Jubelin is just letting the abductor know that he is onto him.

Sadly Makara I think the part bolded by you in last post is where the answers are.

Interesting, a relative of Spedding was pictured on social media going to a movie in Quirindi. Is that where the latest arrest took place?

The abuse happened in Quirindi but the man had obviously relocated to Kew

Regarding the youtube video "Have you seen the little boy?" (pause nil response)
That... is so chilling
Thanks for sharing, I missed this entirely

i wondered that too, it was a school and working day so at 11am there would be nobody home, and ms was probably still drinking coffee etc, he could have driven right up to and hidden him in that area under his house or to the upstairs flat which would be risky in daylight unless he could drive right to the door. and sleeping tablets would keep a little asthmatic boy quiet

That is why his van was parked there, that day. I haven't the time to invest in finding the link for it but it must be in one of these threads because I saw it on websleuths.

In the parents interview at 3:33 Mum says it was 2 - 3 mtrs from where we were sitting.
Which make me think that both adults were on the porch. imo

http://www.9news.com.au/national/20...full-transcript-from-william-tyrrells-parents
I've looked at this video a few times and never realised the full transcript is underneath. Most of you probably do but for those who haven't seen it its there.

I thought the mum meant that where she was in the kitchen was 2-3 metres from where they had been sitting. She says she could not hear him so she walked around she was only 2-3 metres from where she had been sitting and she walked out and couldn't see him. That's how I read it anyway.

Does anyone know if the showground has security cameras pointing to the road?
