Yes I'm thinking the same. What other reason could there be? I mean EVERYWHERE.

I think this is what you're referring to. These weren't photoshopped. Someone had removed the 'S' or it has worn off.

I think we discussed this before...there were other photos of the van shown actually parked out the front of the house amongst the police cars...this photo is everywhere. I note in some photos there is different lettering on the van and the front has nothing on it.

Not really replying to you Wexford, but can't get on here any other way.

I am just wondering if there isn't much happening on this thread due to the difficulty in trying to post. I've been trying for over 30 minutes to ask Apollosong if there is any news or anything happening in the Kendall area.

Has a date been set for BS to reappear in court on historical charges? Can't find it but thought it had been set.

ETA: Found it! Campbelltown Court, July 29.

I believe you can report problems by the little triangle at bottom left.
Our internet is slow since Netflix started drawing on the area.

Here's one article about about telegraph possibly altering the photo.

Interestingly the 'S' is here....

The second image of Spedding and the van used on the web version of the article
A picture of Spedding with a similar van, carried in a story on the Telegraph’s website on January 25, shows the ‘S’ clearly at the front of the sign, although if it is the same van, appears to have been peeled off by someone since.

I dont really think the telegraph has done a lot to change the imagine. Just people are wondering why they can't find the photo and this is why I believe it's been removed from the media. I do not think it's been removed as its evidence.

Think there is two different photos being talked about here. There was a photo taken on the street William was taken from which had BS's van in it between some police cars, he was apparently fixing the washing machine. The other photo i think people are talking about is the one where the S appears to have been removed from his van.

Just my thoughts from reading it all now.

Agree. Pretty sure the photo of the van minus the S is available everywhere and no doubt someone local thought it was funny to scratch the S off. Or possibly someone was vindictive about it. I dont think it was the Telegraph at all. The photo that cannot be found is a different photo showing BS van parked with the police cars outside the house.

William's mother said she had a vision someone "reached over ... has gone `clump' on his shoulders, picked him up and moved him on ... because ... that's the only way ... to explain for him not to be there."

'Reached over' what?
A fence?
From a motor bike?

From a standing position one would bend and lift him from under his armpits.

My point is someone must have been out of a vehicle to grab William but still doesn't 'reach over' something. Or am I pulling at straws?

IMO it could be possible for someone to have opened their driver's side door, reach over, and pull little William up and into the vehicle without ever leaving the driver's seat. William must have weighed next to nothing. A little boy, just standing by the kerb, waiting for daddy to come home, or interested in what that worker's van was that pulled up outside the house, or interested in the spiderman toy that worker had in his hand and wanted to show him.

I hated hearing about that spiderman toy. Not only because it could be a lure for a child, but also because of the sardonic thoughts of a rock spider(man).

In the parent interview his mum said they were drawing pictures to take to the grandfather's grave. That was the next activity on the agenda.

You are three years old. You have already had some primary relationships disruptured. Mum has changed. You are visiting Nana and they are talking about going to see Grandad. Yeah where is is anyway, you remember an old man from last time you saw this nice old lady called Nan whom seems to love you a lot. You are drawing a picture for Grandad as you sit on the verandah with Nan and Mum (second mum). You are running around. A van pulls up. It's not Dad (second dad). This must be Grandad!

3 year olds with stable backgrounds have trouble dealing with the concept of what death truly means. My kids would routinely forget relatives they didn't see very frequently. William had the added confusion of his primary care givers changing. I can completely see him being confused about an abductor's identity given where he was and what they were about to do.

Another little thing that crosses my mind regarding grandad passing away, I wonder if William had actually walked to the cemetery at some point in the past with mum and dad and just maybe he decided to go by himself once he had finished his picture. A long shot I know but 3 year olds can be unpredictable at times, even the most placid ones. One of mine decided to go for a walk by himself at a similar age, he had the dog so I think he felt he wasn't alone. Luckily I caught him a couple of houses away but still all happened in 5 to 10 minutes tops, I was hanging washing out at the time and also lived in a kind of rural area.

Not that it matters I guess it's fair to say I'm gossiping but BS is back on FB. Nothing posted or anything.

I read it as "reaching" over William, as if someone had been standing behind him and reached forward to grab him, seeing as there's
