What date was his van photographed in Benaroon Drv amongst the police vehicles? Was this the 18th of Sept as he refers to in his statement?
All I can see in news article is "in the days after WT disappearance..."

I think that video makes him look guilty as sin. JMO.

LOL, I am not double underlining my words, this is something that started when my kids downloaded something dodgy. Didn't know you could all see it.

It would mean someone had been has been familiarising themselves over a period of time till the timing was right. A bit like driving past a bus stop, but being a bush walker?

Google Earth, blind luck, unless that car is there quite a few times a week. Walk the dog in the bush or ride a mountain bike a few times a week would increase the chances? Not so evident if they were coming in the rear track behind Williams location.

The track behind Williams house is well used.

Vans are used in crime because the sliding door, easy access. The FB photo looks like a Porsche Caynene model or similar
Back paddock is a cemetry. 3RD picture is car tracks heading towards Wills location through cemetery

from that map it looks like albert st links up with the end of benaroon drive, the bush track through albert st looks like its well used and would need a 4wd vehicle

BS came to the attention of the police only because of the washing machine repair.....it has been said.

The fact that he sat on the lounge watching the news coverage of hundreds of people out searching for little William and said to his wife I think I have been to that house....hmm
In his own words (video) he did not go back to the house or the street until the 18th when we have now heard the police requested he return to fix the washer.

I recall BS saying himself in an earlier interview something along the lines of - this could happen to us.
A caring grandfather of three boys and he did not join the search presumably.
He did not front up at the command post to say hey guys I had received a call from this house that morning ... I had been here a couple of days before and was due back here. I was just waiting for the part.

It has been said police requested he returned on the 18th to repair the washer. But grandma was not at the house she was staying with friends and the parents were heading or close to heading home without William.
Maybe BS rang the house in the morning or even in the afternoon - maybe he did not ring at all.
I will not be surprised to hear an afternoon call was indeed made.
I was coming but they told me not to.

But he did delete his phone log, messages too it could be assumed.
He made a face book post the following day.

What call/calls did BS want gone from his phone?

IMO it was not the calls or non-calls to the grandma's.

imo

Number 35
$308.5K Private Treaty - Sold contract date 16 Jun 2015 224 days listed List date 30/10/2014

48
$430K Private Treaty - Sold contract date 31 Oct 2014 - days listed

There is always the possibility that the house was sold/transferred to a family member.
This occurred in my family and I just had a look it just has a sold date.

Just appears as a normal sale.
No agent - just stamp duty and solicitors.

the sale of No. 48 grandmas house happened very quickly, and no advertising.

Re the video from BS
Is he saying WT’s mother did not call him on that morning to enquire on repairing the washing machine? I am sure this has been reported as the washing was mounting up and she wanted to help her mother and that BS called back later on the 12/09 and was told they were busy?

Weird video – why not turn the TV off first? Suspicious as there was no eye contact IMO.

Looks like someone deliberately wanted to air the music of news as the background, treating it as news reporting.

I expected the police can trace his phone records from the telecommunication company?

I'm thinking somebody else (but not a lawyer) wrote the statement for BS. He even stuffs up on the wording at one point (which he wouldn't do if it were his own words).
And he would use the name Tyrrell because that is the only name that has been released publicly. Although many of us know the grandmother's name, it's not something that is reported on the media etc.

Could it be possible that William's grandmother had innocently told someone that his dad would be doing a Skype meeting that day?

Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

I don't really see how it matters whether or not dad was home.

ok so this story says that Grandma's house had already been sold prior to WT being abducted. It also says "just sold" so was WT mum going to see grandma to help her get everything ready for the move? Was the sudden trip to Kendall to sign the contract at WT mother had POA over her mothers assets?

http://www.news.com.au/national/nsw...ost-a-year-later/story-fnii5s3x-1227513994803

Just wondering out aloud if the new owner's have friends or family who might have gone and looked at the house from the outside and have cars similar to the description released by police?

Ive learnt posting images in a new page wont work under the vBulletin forum redirect prevention.

I think the one thing the street view images demonstrate is people are using that rear area and access is readily available. It would pose a potential approach as other vehicle may not get through there easily if they had to pursue the perpetrator.

Someone may even have a car parked at the cemetery out back and take him out to a car in the carp park or similar.
Multiple escape routes.

Thanks bearbear. These street view images were taken in 2010. Four years before William disappeared!
