paraphrase
Several person's of interests have been named Bill Spedding and Anthony Jones.
But neither have been charged over William's disappearance.
The Morcombe inquest had 33 POI and it was the coronial inquest that provided the breakthrough.
Mr Barnes and his team found flaws in the investigation - including failure to test alibi's and failure to delve deep in to the past of Daniels killer - who was known to the police, but had been ruled out as a suspect.

Could one of these 2 have been initially ruled out or is there someone else to come?
I wonder about this too. I have also been thinking that this could end up having 'shades of Bowraville' if not for DI Jubelin being onboard early on in the investigation.
