I wonder about this too. I have also been thinking that this could end up having 'shades of Bowraville' if not for DI Jubelin being onboard early on in the investigation.

Back to my framing BS theory/conspiracy.

What if the perpetrator was someone close to BS? This perpetrator might be the rapist of those little girls 30 years ago. Might be this real perpetrator knew the 30 years old case was coming out again, he wanted to frame BS so the real perpetrator carried out abduction. But this real perpetrator had to know almost every move that BS had, he must be very close to BS.

Think again, why BS has no other sexual assault allegation for 30 years except those that happened 30 years ago? What (can) stopped him for 30 years? The power of MS? If there were any other sexual assault BS has had in this past 30 years, I guess by now with all the publicity, the other victims would have came forward by now. It really seems to be a clean record for 30 years, isn’t that strange that evil behavior stopped until 30 years later? If this urge really came out again after 30 years later, what triggered it?

Those accusation only happened in his previous marriage but no more issues when he is with MS.

I kind of remember someone from the threads had mentioned some of the above before.

On another note, could BS was targeting WT’s sister instead of WT? I was actually surprised BS would wanted to abduct a little boy when he already had three at home. Besides, those 30 years ago allegations were about little girl so it might indicated that the same perpetrator would continue to want girl. Might be during the abduction, WT came out, the perpetrator couldn’t let WT ran back to tell mum so he grabbed WT and left. What did he do with WT, that would be another question.


Or could he be taking William T because BS is also called William?

Based on the surrounding of the abduction that had taken place, IMO, the perpetrator had very good eyesight, he is a calculated and risk taking person.

Anything is possible ....and I am no detective.
But for mine it is just seems as though this may well be a case of spot and grab.

You're right, there are so few secrets in the 'information age'. All it takes is a search engine and an inquiring mind to find out almost anything.

Just to clarify this, a PI has not got access to anything that can't be obtained publicly. There is no "special" PI access, and even those with links to LE are not allowed to get any info through that avenue. Sure, there are plenty of resources that aren't generally known about, a bit like the exif data, but everything they can access, you can access. Might need deep pockets though, for some stuff, and a lot of it can't be found out via google, unless you are searching for something specific, but trust me, it is all in the public domain.

Also, a PI will very rarely get involved in a criminal case. They are much more likely to work in civil & commercial areas.

A good rule of thumb for anyone, especially a PI investigating something, is ask yourself "who" "what" "where" "when" "why" & "how"

Those questions have to be answered in any investigation.

You could purchase a hi res image for the area in the week leading up like the nearmaps imzge on here but much higher.
Much the dpi we look at is 72dpi. You could buy datasets with dpi that week even in the 1000s.
You could then zoom a spiderman toy on the ground.
No doubt the future is both day and night FLIR UMA drone dataset images that week.
Autonomous IR signatures would be logged; inside houses too.
One day youll sew RFID tags in childs clothing. They already do for mapping stock AKA cows and sheep.
Theyll send out 100 swarm autonomous drones for the grid search.
This week, the govt recorded my voice signature under authority. You cant take a fart [emoji6]
Then there is mobile phone triangulation metadata. Vehicle GPS GPRS data.
They can model your movement.
In future a drone might FLIR map all body mass signatures under 30lb.
Police would then check them out.
As we say when it comes up on radar.

IMO this is all strategy. I truly believe that Jubelin and team know who took William and it is just a matter of "welcome to my web, said the spider to the fly." I can feel something is brewing. Won't be long now.

It would be normallly be expected that a taskforce exhaust inquiries before submitting a brief for Mr Barnes to consider, and any decision would include Jubelin and the family.
Police declined to respond to questions in regard to the referral to the coroner instead saying they have been inundated with info this last week. They are now reviewing and assessing the new info.

Cold Case Barnes is indeed named in the article as the NSW State Coroner.
He was formerly the Qld State Coroner.
