The thing is Found.....it was through BS that the connection to TJ and AJ became known.....

BS's mutal Friends associated through the GAPA group and the subsequent grandparents kinship group.....groups that TJ was a member and AJ (Past President)......the fact that AJ Lived in the same previous town (wellington) as BS...and his daughter bought a washing machine from BS....is so not...the only connection between these two..IMO

ETA: I can't see how Derek is involved either.....but it's been suggested....wondering if a link between him...and the Grandparent group somewhere would provide the AHA..moment... He lived in Kendall out behind the preschool when he was picked up on his way to church following the complaint of a neighbour that he was paying way too much unwarranted attention to her grandson...subsequent search - USB with child exploitation/abuse material of the worst kind...

Wrong. And also what does not make sense is that nobody knew the children would be at the house that morning. But the cars of AJ and PB seems to of been seen. Unless bs came really early and saw the kids then called AJ and PB then went back? It's got to be one or the other. Just does not make sense.

Yes maybe. But there's no evidence to suggest William is anywhere!

Edit: everything about this case is a big bucket of straws. I have lots of theories, and like other's they are full of holes. But IMO it's worth bringing them up in case it triggers a thought in someone's head: "hey I might look into that", and they find something. But it is also good to put ideas out there to test the holes, to see why it couldn't work that way. It's good to have people poke at the holes. I like to hear the reasons. Patch the holes. Find more straws. Better still, dunk my head in a bucket full of water and apples. I appreciate your thoughts on this thread Found.

I think it is similar to a group of even well educated, wealthy business men who meet at golf course/sports club/bowling alley (40y ago)/at restaurant for example and during/after their meeting they spread in all the winds to be unfaithful to their partners. After that no one betrays another group member, all preserve the secret, repeating this again and again. If a partner gets distrustful, they all stand together against the partner and are "helping" with explanations and excuses and lies.
Who does fit into the group may by chance become another member and does the same as all the others.

To me, that is different.. why? Because although it isn't great for relationships, infidelity is something that happens ALL the time, always has, always will.. and it isn't a crime really, not a criminal offence, you don't get your name put on a hit list, if 2 adults are willing partners, it is more a matter of ethics and morals, as opposed to physical and mental injury that is felt by victims of pedophilia.. and it's not something that is so abhorrent that it is a secret that nobody can know...

Whereas.. a pedophile, is considered a sick f@ck, by any standard (well let's say at least 99.99% of the population, even amongst most of the criminal population), despised by virtually everyone, it is a criminal offence, it hurts the victims physically and mentally, it is something that must by law be reported to authorities by teachers, counsellors, etc. To me, it is very very different.

A pedo's sex life would not include other pedos, it would be a hideous private act.. so I'm just not getting why there would ever be reason for these sick buggars to get together in the flesh in real life. Their online dealings on the deep dark web are presumably very anonymous, and likely include all kinds of people who may be our neighbours.. officials in our towns and schools.. people we would likely never suspect. To think there is a 'club' type of thing.. is not only even more sick, but I can't understand the reasoning. I am not a psychologist for sure, but I would hazard a guess that your typical pedophile is someone who doesn't admit to his sickness, and denies what he does, even to himself... let alone having get togethers with other sick f@cks who also do the things that are too sick to accept in oneself. It just doesn't make sense to me. When the cops bust a pedo ring, aren't the players all anonymous.. and when their names come out, everyone is shocked - even amongst themselves?

I'd agree with my limited knowledge that the vast majority of paedophiles would keep their private lives to themselves and maintain their privacy - just like any other socially un..excepted behaviour.....but just with any other perceived socially unacceptable behaviour there is always an underground society of acceptance.... place of solidarity... to think otherwise is naïve....

What you or I or many others find the most repulsive behaviour....is not so for others....they have their own forums...they talk...discuss issues...placate each other...share photos...share videos..share ideas of how to entice/trap their victims...to think they wouldn't want to meet in person like kinded individuals to normalise their behaviour is fantasy...if it's possible...it's possible

Still can't figure out Derek being caught up in this media storm......as we now know...there was more than enough...cough...80 or so paedophiles within the direct regional area....

Hell the whole Mid West of NSW appears to be overpopulated with convicted paedophiles...I'm pretty sure we had a link that confirmed that...

Police have the power to suppress information in the media, right? A lot of the information that has come out surely had to come from police. How many times have we heard, "The Daily Telegraph can reveal that...", "The Daily Telegraph has learned that..."

HOW have they always "learned" of these things?

The only information I think hasn't come from police is what has been said in media interviews with the POIs.
