Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that this thread was primarily created to help find clues in the abduction of a vulnerable 3 year old boy, William Tyrrell, who has probably been violently abused and/or murdered by now, and to comfort his loved ones; not to 'Support X who has been Charged with and/or Convicted of Child Sex Offences'.

According to a certain Genealogy website, a person by the name of DN (correct middle name and everything) was listed on the 1980 Electoral Roll as living in Monbulk, Victoria (in the Dandenong Ranges). Occupation listed as 'Teacher' (makes my stomach crawl). I am starting to wonder if the police do have tunnel vision in this case. Don't get me wrong. These evil men need to be punished for their disgusting crimes against vulnerable children. For all the planets to align at just the right time, so that nobody saw anything, just seems too out there for me. And, if LE think there are murderous pedos out there, and they know who they are then why aren't they moving faster on getting them off the streets.

I'm happy to be ignorant in the ways of pedophiles... but for the life of me, I cannot imagine why they would get together in real life, or know the true identities of one another, or meet in person to review photos, or whatever they do when they are together. I can see how there can be massive pedo groups doing online stuff... acting independently, then posting to a specific audience.. I can see how a name would get announced in a newspaper, or some pedophiles might come to know of one another's crimes while doing time together..

Pedophiles who belong to groups where they can access/purchase(?) videos and photos.. there have to be tons of them where the minors were not murdered, correct? If a pedo murders his victim during the course of his pedo assault, how is that looked upon by other pedos? Are they a bunch who will say, oh no prob, as long as you got the video/photos? Or is there a 'code' even amongst pedophiles?

I am getting to this only because I find it confusing when people talk about pedos getting together in person, in real life. Like for what purpose? I seriously would have thought all of the sharing part of their disgusting ways would be done via online or by mail, etc.

It isn't right... Makes you wonder about some of the judges. Australia is so soft on sentencing... Jail is almost just another place to live instead of somewhere horrible, especially for the pedos in protective custody. Pretty cushy.

Unless one of them had a good reason for being there that day, which he could have used to explain his presence, if needed. Then nothing would have to align. Also, they are big blocks in that estate, so neighbours' vision wouldn't be as clear as in the usual suburban row of houses all with their driveways at the front near the road, especially when you add in the 'trees' factor. They provide good cover and also impede vision.

I also remember right at the start Jubelin saying something like everyone was a suspect (not his exact words) until they could rule people out. Don't have the link handy so I'll have to say IMO. I also don't think he'd have repeatedly used the phrase 'evil and innocence collided' without something to base that on.

Sometimes traps for these pedos takes months to execute, and of course the historical ones take much longer again, so IMO it could be difficult to move quickly. There have been a lot of arrests lately, all over Australia, and I do believe that at least some of them have to be a consequence of investigations into this awful case.

Completely agree p&g. Its not inconceivable to me for a child to go missing from their yard and not be seen. Very risky but less so for a neighbourhood person or BS who had reason to be there. If they got caught with him they could make up some innocent sounding excuse, much riskier once he is in the car but still not inconceivable. People dont pay as much attention to happenings around them as it would seem.

i think we will find that these 4 men are all involved somehow and if not directly with Williams disappearance, then at least in some other vile capacity that warrants police attention. There is far more going on here than we are aware of in my opinion and I feel certain that police are just tightening the net to include others that need to be taken off the streets also. There are many things we are not being told here and obviously some of those things dont sit well with those who know (eg media) but it feels to me as though they are getting close now and I think we will all end up being shocked at the filth this little boys case will have brought to the forefront and hopefully shut down.

Not to mention p&g that any perpetrator had the option of snatching William, physically restraining him and keeping him quiet, whilst taking off up the bush track back to the cemetery where they had conveniently parked their car. This, in my mind, would have been the most likely MO (including 'getaway' route).

Let's see, the only time William's FM said she noticed the white station wagon and the 'green-grey' sedan parked across the street from FGM's house was early in the morning when she opened the curtains to the largest verandah (I don't know about other children but my grandchildren get going at sparrow f@rt approximately 365 days of the year so I guess at the very latest, that would've been 7:30am?)

Then, all is well until approximately 9:30am (not long after FD leaves) when she saw the same/different(?) green-grey sedan drive past the house while the kids were riding their bikes in the driveway.

Again, nothing was out of the ordinary until approximately 10:25-10:30am when William ran around the corner of the house toward the sloping backyard and disappeared. No cars were seen or heard driving away, no scream was heard from William, no one was seen running from the house whilst restraining/carrying him.

My thoughts:

Someone saw, heard or knew William was at 48 Benaroon Drive that Friday morning.

They took a long shot that they would remain unseen; and/or knew that many of the houses were vacant (most particularly No 51).

They also either knew the normal daily routine of the residents and regular passers-by or had watched them leave that morning.

They either knew Benaroon Drive and its surrounds like the back of their hand or they scoped out the area within a few hours, including a getaway route.

They either watched and waited for the most opportune time to snatch William or he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Person most likely to have abducted William (IMO and in no particular order)?

The driver of the 'green-grey' sedan (either alone or in conjunction with the driver of the white station wagon),

and/or,

Someone in FGM's social circle/church congregation/street/wider community who knew where she lived and that William and his FF were coming to visit on Friday,

and/or,

a local bush/dog walker.

Whoever it was, they had/have a 'close connection' to Benaroon Drive and, even if they weren't seen there, I don't think they're going to get away with their crime(s) forever. IMO It's just a matter of time until a connection is found. If William has been abused or murdered, the perpetrator(s) will pay with life in prison.

The allegations come after Liberal Senator Bill Heffernan told a parliamentary inquiry he had a list of 28 prominent paedophiles, which allegedly included a former prime minister and members of the judiciary.
Speaking under the protection of parliamentary privilege in a Senate estimates hearing on Tuesday, Senator Heffernan claimed the list was uncovered during the Wood Royal Commission into the NSW Police Force.
Senator Heffernan didn’t name any names but called on Attorney-General George Brandis to expand the child abuse royal commission so that it includes the legal fraternity.
However, Attorney-General George Brandis said just because someone’s name appeared on a list didn’t make them guilty.
He advised Senator Heffernan to go to the current abuse royal commission, which would decide if the information was something it could inquire into.
“We should respect any decision of the royal commission about the ambit and scope of its terms of reference,” he said.

Everyone's entitled to their opinions and ruling out or disagreeing with portrayals of a poi in the media is part of that. You might think that someone is guilty and that's your opinion but someone pointing out another view of the person is part of the purpose of this thread.

I just want to mention. the houses on the other side of Benaroon Drive sit very low, and far away from the road, and are screened from the road by bushes and trees. I do not believe anyone within those homes (or mowing their lawn at the corner home) would have as clear a vision of the garden of #48 as people are imagining, nor a clear view of the road. They would be looking upwards through fairly thick foliage toward the road and #48's garden.
