What sort of phone was the image taken? You are assuming screenshot capacity.

Yeah, you have created a new image, but a Joint Photographers Expert Group expert will dissect a screen-shot it in a second. And the screen-shot will have the chrome on it. An old image with a new date stamp. EXIF data is more complex than that. EXIF applications police have go pretty deep, much deeper than a typical EXIF properties inspection.

You create a new screen-shot image that doesn't contain the histogram data etc, because it is a screen-shot

From memory it was a flip phone unless media were using artistic licence, again....

So if I have a photo taken on my phone, from last week, and I open it up on my phone, and take a screen shot of it - at the date/time I want it taken - what information will that image give?

I think you're right, soso. Also, what reason would she have to lie? Is she being accused of telling lies to cover up the fact the she was responsible for his disappearance?

Gee I hope she doesn't read this thread. I would be off to my solicitor's if I was her and I read such accusations, if that's what they're intended to be. MOO
From memory mum did say in one of the interviews (will try and find it ) that she took 3 photos.

Yes P&G Gary Jubelin used the word vindictive in the press conference the other day when referring to some of the stuff that is being said in regard to the parents.

BBM. So William was on the road. Well William must have been on the drive according the quote. Bare feet on 3 year old not overly durable.
Someone who had the presence of mind, and a mental picture of the houses around of people not home, knowing the risk is substantially diminished. Hes in the car, off they go.
One POI had a reason to be there. Reason to be everywhere. No explanation necessary to be anywhere. A plan and alibi to be where they went everywhere that day.

Did someone go to Dunboggan? If he said he did, he probably did. But what happened on that trip? Was there a vehicle transfer? Dot the I's, and crossed the T's.

Did team fridgey/scrappy carry out a kidnapping for other reasons? Wellington crew?

BBM: William had sandals on, crabstick. At least when he was running around. Remember the pics of similar ones in MSM?

Thats good. They put the sandals back on after taking the image. What time did they take the deck image?

So from 9.30 to 10am he had his sandals back on?

Three year olds don't put their own sandals on. Mostly they cant comprehend left and right, foot. At 4 kids go to kindergarten. If you are lucky, they might wing it at four years of age, but they don't like it. They'll ask you to put them on for them.

Obviously the image of the sandals is not same day. He is no longer wearing Spiderman suit.

Probably like most of us - kids leave shoes at door / steps / edge of patio / when coming off the grass / yard and then put them back on when they go back out to play. That's the usual practice here, anyway.

Pretty sure William's Mum and Dad spoke about the photos and timeline to police* here:

and in the 60 Minutes interview* (Parts 1, 2 and 3; respectively) here:

If this helps, soso. I don't know the exact time (minutes and seconds) in the interviews she talked about it though.

Interesting Benaroon drive continues down to connecting road
Drive into the forrest and out the escape route? Or just sit in the escape route, and drive off down the forest.
You can see water course mapping in this image as well.

Yes, crabby. I remember doing quite a few 'satellite' trips along all of those roads and bush tracks. On that particular one I think you could find an escape route inland and travel N, S or W on sealed roads, if you drove across a property from memory. In fact, I found a couple when I was wondering about the Middle Brother search. Would be lovely to have some good maps of viable escape routes.

From memory there is a creek not far from there that enters to the sea, hence the query of POIs having boats

At least one POI is a keen fisherman apparently, according media [rolls eyes] Can we trust the media anymore?

Im having server issues. Session drop out. Edit session collapse, and blank pages. Is anyone in the server?

  • #571
Message editing is now a blank page

Thats better. It appears a a server-side issue.

Yes, I remember that discussion after we noticed a boat in AJ's yard, I think. Coincidentally, BS also had a boat in his yard during the search of his property IIRC.

Apparently BS boat hadnt been used in a while

The image of William is one hell of a baseline time-stamp to work from with its EXIF data. Then the time between that and the 000 call

Someone must of known the neighbours were not home. That is an incredible risk of not being seen by a neighbour of William getting in a car at the front street elevation.

What would a professional abduction cost you by private detectives??

That's just a picture of the type of shoes William was wearing, Crabstick. I don't think it's supposed to be a picture of William wearing them necessarily.

It was stated the boat hadnt been used in a while. After seeing the road leading down to the creek through the forest, I suggested, had someone removed the victim (William) from the road, and gone by water.

There is so many risks by road, especially if in the front seat a car. The child would have to be immediately immobilised. Driving past the tennis club with Spiderman in the front seat, not.

It is a town of 4000 people. People know people. Small town syndrome. A cacophony of rumour and innuendo, quite often, who is sleeping with who. You notice people driving past with spiderman in the front seat.

If it is a chance abduction, do you carry chloroform with you? No. How do you immobilise the bright red object in front of your car while driving through a small town on the front seat?

Look here everyone! Bright red Spiderman in front seat my car!!!

Or do you put him int he rear of the van?

Que? How so crabby?
Indeed.

Imagine driving past the tennis club camera with bright red spiderman on the front seat! Who needs numberplates. You have a bright red Spiderman on the front seat your car! Camera time

And then there is the chance someone spots you have a 3 year old, not in a baby seat! Its illegal to have [insert bright red spiderman here] a baby in front seat your car?mliant

You are of great risk being seen with a bright red baby by police in non compliant, off the cuff abduction vehicle.
