I think you're right, soso. Also, what reason would she have to lie? Is she being accused of telling lies to cover up the fact the she was responsible for his disappearance?

Gee I hope she doesn't read this thread. I would be off to my solicitor's if I was her and I read such accusations, if that's what they're intended to be. MOO

Yes P&G Gary Jubelin used the word vindictive in the press conference the other day when referring to some of the stuff that is being said in regard to the parents.

I watched the conference however, I must have missed GJ saying that. Interesting word to use, it shows the motivation of people saying things about the parents is from people having a strong and unreasoning desire for revenge, not just out of spite. They can guess at people's motivations on this site all they want, however I think anything examined on here comes from a strong desire to know the truth of what has happened to WT. Any question marks around information the FF have provided I think has been dealt with as discretely as possible by members. There have been a number of discrepencies sleuthers have found between their account of events in interviews and media reporting. WE HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, OR FOUND EXPLANATIONS FOR WHY THESE DISCREPENCIES EXIST. The same level of consideration has not been afforded to others mentioned in this case. So if I have a photo taken on my phone, from last week, and I open it up on my phone, and take a screen shot of it - at the date/time I want it taken - what information will that image give?

I think Purps needs to be a little more specific about the user and discussion regarding the slander perceived. Purps accusations are currently a very broad accusation leaving users to assumption, if not putting words in users mouths.

Respectfully froggy, the 'others' who have been mentioned in this case as being 'of interest' in MSM in William's disappearance are, one of them a violent criminal, and/or either Registered (convicted) Child Sex Offenders, or an alleged Child Sex Offender, some in multiple State jurisdictions; or have been/are associated with same.

It was stated the boat hadnt been used in a while. After seeing the road leading down to the creek through the forest, I suggested, had someone removed the victim (William) from the road, and gone by water.

There is so many risks by road, especially if in the front seat a car. The child would have to be immediately immobilised. Driving past the tennis club with Spiderman in the front seat, not.

It is a town of 4000 people. People know people. Small town syndrome. A cacophony of rumour and innuendo, quite often, who is sleeping with who. You notice people driving past with spiderman in the front seat.

If it is a chance abduction, do you carry chloroform with you? No. How do you immobilise the bright red object in front of your car while driving through a small town on the front seat?

Look here everyone! Bright red Spiderman in front seat my car!!!

Or do you put him int he rear of the van?

Thanks for the info re BS' boat. I remember a discussion along the lines of creek, Tasman Sea, destination north or NZ.

As for the scenario of abduction by car. Blanket and boot. (Sorry to be so graphic everyone).

Imagine driving past the tennis club camera with bright red spiderman on the front seat! Who needs numberplates. You have a bright red Spiderman on the front seat your car! Camera time

And then there is the chance someone spots you have a 3 year old, not in a baby seat! Its illegal to have [insert bright red spiderman here] a baby in front seat your car?mliant

You are of great risk being seen with a bright red baby by police in non compliant, off the cuff abduction vehicle.

As above re silencing and concealment in a car. (Again, sorry everyone).

OT: WS' server issues probably due to increased traffic after Dr Phil's 'Jon-Benet Ramsey' show, interviewing her brother, Burke, on American TV tonight (their time).

From memory there is a creek not far from there that enters to the sea, hence the query of POIs having boats

At least one POI is a keen fisherman apparently, according media [rolls eyes] Can we trust the media anymore?

Yup, there's lots of waterways in that area.

There are some wonderful journalists still out there but I'm becoming increasingly cynical about MSM.

No crabby, What I meant was they put the sandals back on before they go back out into the yard area. They weren't taken off to have the photo taken; they were taken off because he was leaving the yard and coming onto the patio.

And yes, many 3 year olds can put on their sandals, especially these days since they have velcro fasteners, and before that, an adult helped them or did it for them. I see no inconsistency in having shoes on in the yard and not having them on on the patio / house - same rules here.
Thats good. They put the sandals back on after taking the image. What time did they take the deck image?

So from 9.30 to 10am he had his sandals back on?

Three year olds don't put their own sandals on. Mostly they cant comprehend left and right, foot. At 4 kids go to kindergarten. If you are lucky, they might wing it at four years of age, but they don't like it. They'll ask you to put them on for them.

Obviously the image of the sandals is not same day. He is no longer wearing Spiderman suit.

Yes crabby, me too. Have been having server problems for a few days, and have tried on a couple of different browsers. Does anyone have any solutions?
Im having server issues. Session drop out. Edit session collapse, and blank pages. Is anyone in the server?

RSBM.

Someone must of known the neighbours were not home. That is an incredible risk of not being seen by a neighbour of William getting in a car at the front street elevation.

What would a professional abduction cost you by private detectives??

benaroon_neighbours.jpg

Not necessarily but any scenario is risky. I haven't really considered the carport side recently but I will again.

As for a 'paid abduction' via a PI, the recent attempt in Lebanon where a 60 Minutes reporter, etc, were jailed temporarily may be some guide. That type of thinking, for me at least, requires I don my tinfoil hat. A hardened criminal, on the other hand; possible.

Dunno, maybe.
Trying to think of the case, but a guy was recently apprehended and found to have supplies to commit rapes in his car, ready to go whenever he found a victim.*
Don't dismiss the idea, imo.

*not the case I was thinking of, but it's not uncommon so took 2 seconds to find another case where an offender was preprepared at all times

What I meant was by the look of the photo, he hadnt had sandals on at that point because his sister appears to have her dressing gown on. In the other picture FGM or FM has dressing gown and slippers. So at that point they haven't left the deck. The grass is wet, the ground dirty.
While the image showed the sandals, the tiles indicated that the photo was not of FGMs house, although someone pointed out the image was not 'of the time'. (At this point the server was gridlocked so I didnt bother reply that I had established the shoes were not at FGMs by the looks due to the flooring type)

Williams feet are white as snow, there so he hasn't seen the dirt and his Spiderman outfit. If he had been playing hide and seek off the deck his sister probably would have been wearing different clothes.

What does it all mean! The timeline being established hopefully provides a better insight to all the diagrams and misinfo the media provided.

3 year old children (pre kindergarten) are reluctant to put on shoes because they don't have the balance. Its definitely a year of transition, and girls do it before boys. Sure, some kids manage, but velcro straps and shoes on the right feet are always a problem.

I'm not sure chloroform is as easy to get here in Aus (unless, of course, you had 'connections'). It may be a Schedule 8 drug (kept under lock and key with an extensively documented supply chain). I'll take a look anyway. As I said, tinfoil hat territory for me, especially for use on a child. Perpetrator would have to be very careful they didn't kill them instantly. It's blanket and boot for me (again, sorry). Chloroform is for film noir and television whodunnits in my mind. No offense meant, Eloise, just chewing the fat.

Merely stating my opinion, which I thought I was entitled to do and is why I clearly wrote MOO at the end. Believe me, I truly do hope that I have misinterpreted certain posts that seem to think the photos were somehow 'staged' to prove what the FM was saying was the truth eg #555 'That photo has been taken at a different time - more around midday, as the shadows don't seem right.
That photo was "taken on purpose", to place WT at the FGM house. Would be curious to know if other photos were taken - and who were they taken of. The fact the sister is in the background, but you can't see her face, and FGM foot is in the photo, seemed to be a bit staged.

Just looks like a normal 'spur of the moment photo to me, and I doubt that they'd publish photos of the sister's face anyway, given that she's in foster care. MOO

Certainly not intending to put words in users mouths, if anything, probably trying to take them out! (If that makes sense).

Anyway, to each his own, and hopefully there will soon be a solution to this tragic case so that all innocent people will be vindicated and the guilty get their just deserts.

Just state which user and where when you start throwing broad accusations of slander. Its really easy, hit the quote button.

*Sorry, people are left up to their own minds on who you are discussing about slander of FM

If you get caught driving around with chloroform in your car. You are going to be in some serious trouble. Apart from it being an authorised substance, it is in your car. Police stated it was an off chance event. We have people saying it is not planned abduction.

The next question is, you get red spiderman in your car on your own. Do you do up the seatbelt? So you drive bright red spiderman around on the front seat in a non baby seat, unseat-belted?

How easy is it to manage a 3 year old unrestrained on your own the front of a vehicle? Considering you just chloroformed him on the front driveway know there is every chance someone may come round the side of the house. You wont be able to see where they are from the front of the house.

What are you doing! Ive just chloroformed your child in the driveway.

Dunno, maybe.

Only from a wholesaler and you have to be a university/hospital/company with a credited laboratory (for safety). Unless you are associated with one of those, they wont sell it to you.

I don't want to google it (lol) but can't you make chloroform? Given that there are clandestine drug labs all over the place if you're connected it probably isn't hard. I mean there is (was, it burned down) a drug lab on my street and that's in a really nice suburb.

When did they say it was an "off chance" event? I know a profiler has said that, but have the actual police said that in their recent efforts at PR on this case?
Not to mention, as I said, it can be "opportunistic" (and maybe it was, it just means that William is now dead), but something that the person was already primed for.

This is a person who is happy to abduct and probably abuse and murder a child. Do you really think they'd be afraid of being caught with some chloroform?

Yes it can be made using acetone and bleach. A child could overdose on it easily though so it's risky. There was a lot of discussion about it here in the tragic Caylee Anthony case.

If anyone needs their curiosity sated, the photo was cropped deliberately as William's sister's features could be clearly distinguished in photos published in earlier reports of William's disappearance IIRC. William's GM was a convalescing elder at the time and had every right to wear her slippers around the house. She was never said to be out on the lawn whilst her daughter was playing with the children IIRC.
__________

Also, I have been known to wear my slippers and pj pants (nice black Peter Alexander ones with pink and blue spotted rabbits on them - I know TMI) badly disguised under my rain parka, around to my local 'inconvenience' store to get milk, papers, etc. I am also a Nana therefore, I have earned that right IMO :)
