I think the exact minutes elapsed from WT being last seen to him being noticed missing has not been stated by LE, but whether it is 10 minutes or 1 minute, it is a very short time, which should make the case easier to solve. Compare with the C Lawrence case where the elapsed time is many hours, which makes it harder to solve.

yes, i agree, so much easier to pinpoint peoples said and actual whereabouts in that 15mins timeframe, especially with phone pings and possible cctv footage etc
im sure they know and watching someone, just need that other person who supplied the alibi to step up

MOO but I think in the press report of someone going out at "28 or 26 minutes to eleven" the going out could be an MSM error and probably refers to someone arriving home at that time probably the lady arriving home at about 10.30 and unloading shopping

There was a link posted back thread, a radio interview with some of the streets residents.
One of them (can't remember who) says 10:35 .. that is the time they are saying, aren't they?

Yes I don't believe the intent was ever to track residents, but more to see first, how many residents we know of who were apparently at home at that fateful time, and then secondly, what time slots had been accounted for, for people being out on the street.. and from there.. what times are not accounted for.. as far as inactivity and absence of neighbours out and about.. not as far as 'what were the neighbours doing, and when'. The one man stated to MSM that his wife had left the neighbourhood '1 minute before', but his time was 28 or 26 minutes to eleven, which is actually later than when he is said to be missing.. but if that time is accurate, then why didn't his wife notice the hubbub of people already searching, even if only the FM by that time.. why was nothing heard? And even amongst the two FPs themselves during one of their interviews, when FD suggests WT was last seen at 10;15, and then FM says, 'noooo'... it just seems that the timing is not a definite thing here.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to be able to feel 'sure' about that time slot. But I am sure that LE have considered all options. They have said many times that a process of elimination helps when so many options / scenarios are presented. Maybe scenarios still avtive in our minds on this thread have been eliminated but we, the public, don't realise that. It's not LE's job to tell the public when they eliminate those scenarios (there would be hundreds, if not thousands). Painstaking, methodical, insightful. Keep it up, I say. Hone that focus sharper each week that passes.

A 10am cafe purchase receipt at a cafe is a brilliant alabi with the capacity of simless app comms.
How is that for impecible timing?
Id like to see their hotspot log files.
Was the purchase cash or card? How much $
Its almost trying too hard.
Sorry, has someone confirmed the presence at school assembly as yet? 3rd party alabi?

Can someone remind me how long it would take to drive from cafe to Kendall?

Interesting that neither was confirmed in the famous video. Important issues you would think and worthwhile to mention??

Carefully orchestrated which is why I think someone delegated a task to others. Then implemented all the alibi measures to ensure not implicated in the actual abduction, still - an accessory to the crime.
Someones time could run out on the $1million powerball if police go to them.
Although I wonder if the person fears other players who arent in prison and pose a risk to safety?
This post may sound a little cryptic, but I dont wish to name names for a number of reasons, some quite obvious.
Lets call it objective theory on the abduction plan which is why we dont name names.

Im going to say the abduction was planned, the strategy in place, but implemented in the window of opportunity of time.

One million dolllllllars!!!! Someone may need new identity, but they do have $1 million dollar incentive over their head, which could them at risk from other players in the group.

The only reason that I can think of for Spedding's lawyer to not have wanted him to mention his alibi is that they may need to adjust his story further down the line ... depending on what police have for evidence, if he is the perp.

Eg: If police have proof he was at or near Benaroon Drive that morning, he may be wanting to suddenly 'remember' some reason for being there.

In my reading experience, lawyers don't seem to go for playing out trials in the media, letting alibis and evidence be known and published, especially before a person is even named as a suspect in a case, and even after charges are laid. Perhaps it's different in Australia, but I'll bet not. jmo

I agree, no-one likes trial by media. Then why make the video at all? To half-heartedly state that you weren't at the house or street after 9th Sept and before 18th Sept?
It is a pretty futile effort, at what? And coming from someone who has been charged with multiple historical child sex offences, and may well be completely untrustworthy and not decent.

One of the articles I read I think yesterday (prob an older one, I'll try to find it) was talking about how horrible it would be to have this kind of media attention (the kind that BS has had). I'll bet his lawyer didn't want him to make any statement at *all*, but he just felt he had to, and couldn't help himself, because of all of the rumors flying around and the need to want to try to do something to help. It was such a horrible video.. he probably did more harm to himself, than good, in publishing it. And, it may not be fair to combine feelings about this case, in with the possibility that he could be guilty on the other, historical case, since.. he may not be guilty.

Did someone go to a clairvoyant to convince themself, or the public?
Either way, if someone doesnt hurry up, they could become an accessory...
Could $1 million make someone a target?
Police will wait. Theyll let the $1 million and time cook a few people.
