This has been my thinking from day one. I think someone has heard him and lured him into a neighbouring house hence the dead silence the FM could hear and her immediately thinking someone had walked up to him and put their hand on his shoulder. She had a 'gut' feeling. I don't think any vehicles were involved nor do think the search of neighbours properties were carried out immediately believing he'd wandered into the bush allowing a window of time for someone nearby to put in a plan of action. <modsnip>

i agree and this was one of my 2 initial scenarios from day one, its the simplest and makes the most sense, someone right there hiding and watching, maybe someone who owns a white 4wd, theres a few nearby on google search, and one seen in the area afterwards and theres so much thick dense bush and hidden tracks nearby and old abandoned properties to dispose of evidence. noboidy would suspect a quiet respected neighbour, gj will know who it is , maybe this person knows bs and or has links to the gapa groups?
