In the eyes of one of the members of this group "the police may have missed something." I'm all for a colonial investigation but what could they have missed ?

I mean members of the group stated in article, not members of WS. I commend you frogwell on keeping this thread alive.

Just because it's been delivered to the Coroner doesn't mean it's going to happen any sooner than the Coroner and Police want it to happen.

It's all a bit vigilante to me. I'm sure this groups intentions are in the right place but I've seen a lot of the comments ect on their page and there are a lot of disgruntled DOCS , FACS haters there. IMO it should be up to to the police and the families to demand this.

We wouldn't possibly have a clue, until such time as a coroner actually reviewed everything... look at the Morcombe case as an example??

18,000 signatures isn't really a landslide for the popular vote - or is it?

What is a good number of signatures on a petition these days? Anyone know.

http://www.9news.com.au/national/201...coroners-hands

About 50-100,000 although the effectiveness of a petition isn’t solely about the number of ‘signatures’ (electronic or otherwise), You’re right, it’s not really a landslide for the popular vote as the number of signatures represent 0.2% of the population of NSW.

I have faith in Jubelin and the hundreds that are working this case day in day out

After following his career, particularly irt Strike Forces Tuno and ANCUD, I can think of no better investigator to lead Strike Force Rosann to find justice for William and his family.

Thanks soso, I was concentrating on the cars, the misper search for William and the initial involvement of Sex Crimes and formation of SF Rosann, so I skimmed right past that phrase in Josie’s post. Bless your eagle eyes x

My focus was also on the cars.

Hi all, fairly quiet here

just wondering out loud about the cars

so if the 2 cars parked in william's street couldn't leave through the bush, they could only exit at batar creek rd

i'm so curious about the 4wd, which was seen later speeding through kendall. there may have been a bronze 4wd exit into the bush at the cul de sac (according to early info in the WA press)

i wonder what the significance is of the police monitoring the CCTV at the old tennis club --up until 11am. shown on the map. I know they were trying to eliminate cars that were in town that morn, but until 11am seems odd...

if someone did take william and pass by there, they would have to be outta town wouldn't they? there's so many quicker routes to leave town. Perhaps police were just doing routine checks as it's the best available CCTV? it may suggest that perhaps the 4wd went that way speeding through town. not necc true but perhaps. if so, its hard to imagine going into the bush & then getting yourself back into town within 30 minutes - again suggesting an out of towner

anyway, just something to mull over

ps a non 4wd could go down Albert street & into the bush - they would have a little trouble but it's no-where near as bumpy as the cul-de-sac end of WT's street.

here's piccie of the old tennis club & it's position in town, which you have probably seen before :)
