In all seriousness, if BC has a chronic MA dependency he may well be experiencing psychotic episodes and be exhibiting bizarre behaviours, as NC has reported. We’ve witnessed similar behaviours exhibited by the family member of another recent misper/homicide victim, albeit online.

Thank You Bohemian for restoring some 'seriousness' as you said. This type of dependancy goes to way beyond a 'laugh'. Yeah, we (sitting in our own gilded cages - me drinking a red wine or 3) can easily pass judgement on those who for whatever reason have become embroiled in the word of so much worse to ease their own personal pain...

Those 'people' on the ICE track are pretty much reduced to the most primal of animalistic behaviours in the pursuit of the drug that feeds them. It's just so sad that our society has become infused by this sh** and every time there's a Bust I do a Whoop Celebration - for the sake of all our Kids & GrandKids ..

IMO .

Unreal, since when is it a crime to use offensive language in public, i hear it all the time from aussies. So i had to look this up
(quote)
Swearing in Public is Against the Law (Really)
In a day and age where swearing has become so commonplace, that most people wouldn’t even flinch when someone drops a swear word, it’s remarkable to think that Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria all have laws regulating offensive language. The issue has received some prominence lately when a football player fronted court for offensive language. So if someone is about to go on a verbal blue streak in public, be careful, you may be in breach of the law.
What is a summary offence?

A summary offence is not indictable, meaning there is no jury, and the case is heard by a judge or magistrate. Most summary offences relate to public nuisance, covering a range of offences such as: vandalism, begging, flag burning, and even interfering with homing pigeons. Summary offences in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria are broad, and quite surprising what is considered an offence, such as swearing.

William Tyrrell rides a bike and plays Guitar Hero in home movies released
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/ne...illiam-Tyrrell-released-search-continues.html

Oh soso thank you for that video. I absorbed his delightful giggles.
William is soo happy surrounded with love and encouragement. Oh the attention was inspiring.
On the bike I could see daddy’s shadow riding alongside giving him praise. Just beautiful!

Considering what’s going down with his bios....omg!!!!

EFFLUENT / AFFLUENT.
Two world collide.

There’s the takers and the givers.

"Mr Howard tells too many stories," said Karlie Elrington, 19, a child-care worker, of North Ryde, as she wandered through the Macquarie Shopping Centre. "So it's time for a change. I'd go for Rudd - though he is a bit of a geek as well."

If what NC says in that interview is true then that means William has been taken and hidden away twice. What are the odds it would happen twice to the same child. I am wondering if BC has confessed to NC and she is trying to pave the way for Williams abduction being due to BCs mental state and drug use. IMO

Alternatively perhaps, he knows he is with Mum, but he can't risk any contact with him ??

You are so spot on soso, all the Blame the poor fp got for taking their eyes of a child for 5-10 minutes in a safe environment. Can only imagine what he had been through before .

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was way less than 10 minutes Hybane.
Quiet cul-de-sac, lawnmowers in the distance, sitting in the morning sun together, no traffic. The kitchen window looks down towards the corner so mum could have seen him running around that side and grandma sitting at the opposite corner of the house.

I would never expect that to happen either.

My kids used to run wild on five acres, I would listen and keep an eye on them. NEVER would I expect that to happen and it didn’t.

It’s so friggin’ sad I get stomach pains for his mummy & daddy. I can only begin to imagine.

Please excuse my sentimentality but William’s disappearance has affected me on a deeply personal level.

My hope is that William is ‘somewhere out there’ and he will be reunited with his loved ones:

Yes, it is:

‘OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE

Offensive language is a crime that is charged when someone uses foul or offensive language. It is most commonly used either where a person has verbally abused police, or along with other more serious charges.’

https://www.armstronglegal.com.au/criminal-law/offences/summary/offensive-language

s4A of the Summary Offences Act 1988:

http://www5.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/nsw/consol_act/soa1988189/s4a.html

So is assaulting a NSW Police Officer in the execution of their duties:

‘WHAT ACTIONS MIGHT CONSTITUTE ASSAULTING AN OFFICER IN EXECUTION OF THEIR DUTIES?

Whilst the slightest touch may technically be an ‘assault’ in the basic sense of the word, the Police will generally not charge a person unless there is a significant degree of force applied. For example, punching, kicking, pushing or spitting on a Police Officer would constitute an assault.’

https://www.armstronglegal.com.au/criminal-law/offences/assault/police

s60 of the Crimes Act 1900:

And most people will try to do that in a normal situation. I think the most important thing as a parent is to teach children that parents do make mistakes and we're not perfect, none of us are, but we can do better and we committ to doing that. Some people probably aren't quite there yet, because it also comes with maturity and growth.

This mummy NEVER did or would spit in a policeman’s face, firstly I’d never have any reason to. This mummy encouraged her children to always trust and respect our police officers.
I have NEVER EVER got into a brawl at the shopping centre.
I don’t think I’m the minority.
I know the boundaries.

'The accused has no regard for his mother,' bail documents said.
'His behaviour has been threatening, abusive and intimidating accompanied by an assault.

'The assault shows absolute contempt for his mother by spitting in her face'.

What is it with this lot spitting in peoples faces?

This might have been the MT Druitt hospital reference.
She told the police to take him away and get mental health care and he ended up in Mt Druitt.
Mt Druitt have a 24 hour drug and alcohol service according to google.
They just charged him for drugs and let him go on bail.
Polices fault....
imo

yep SoSo, IMO / exp it can certainly happen this way... after waking to a terrifying situation, my friend & I managed to escape the house & called Police. They arrived approx 30 mins later & had to almost break the door down to gain entry to the afore locked & barricaded house. .... eventually they took X away at around 3am. We thought surely this time he would be admitted for some genuine Help, can you imagine our horror / everything else that one might feel when awakened at 6am by the arrival of X

BBM. I have often wondered if someone that worked at the childcare facility William and his sister attended had alerted someone regarding their early departure. Maybe someone who had worked with the bio mum at some stage and recognised her children. IMO
