I don't imagine any parent who has had their child removed is too happy about it. And there are foster children out there who would not be happy about it either, for various reasons. I think most people think they are doing alright by their children, and forget that their rules for their own children are not the only rules they need to abide by.

FaCS don't always get it right (Chloe Valentine, who was left with her abusive mother till her negligent death/murder at age 4), but it is the best we have. An overstretched, overloaded agency, who do what they can to assist parents to do the right thing - with the help of supportive agencies - and then finally remove the children when there is no other way to keep the children safe from abuse/neglect/harm.

William had all the appearances of a happy, healthy, well loved, well care for child, with his foster parents.

The anger is misdirected. It should be directed at the sick perp who took William. imo

Sorry to jump in here as I haven't read last two pages but I just wanted to say that there is an angry bunch of women out there (Alana whatever her name is ) included who are so quick to jump on many and any sm page about William . They are an angry bunch of trolls who in my opinion are getting their own back at Docs, Facs whatever for their own crap that got their children removed from them. They are a vicious bunch. All quick to befriend NC on fb. I've come across them in other sights and they have an agenda which I think is personal because they hate the system and blame blame blame . No responsibility to their own short comings as a parent. Ok rant over but they make my blood boil.

Yes totally agree, many of us have had the misfortune to come across them on other groups, they all seem to have their own agenda against FACS.

I have seen a couple of agendas pushed hard in regards to sites advocating for WT. What is interesting to me about this case, is, like any government department or societal institution, they have inbuilt mechanisms, rightly or wrongly to not be scutinized too deeply, so as to maintain society's confidence in that institution. That is why the federal govt. pushes back at having an independant corruption watchdog, the judiciary are not allowed in the parameters of investigation in Royal commissions and govt foster systems were off the table in the royal commission into institutional responses to child sexual abuse. We would be here to the next millenia if it was all examined. I've felt disgusted with both sides ignorance and prejudices tbh. Besides the annual update from Jubelin, who can effectively advocate for this boy? In the last 3 years I have not seen any of the product that the official campaign has written about on it's facebook page.... It looks like his bios are gagged. I did like the suggestion other posters made about NC using her time in the media to advocate, but if she truly thinks he is not alive, then she is not the person for the job...... so who? As grandiose as it is, some people in the public might come to the conclusion that they are the only ones left to advocate for WT. MOO

Who? DCI Jubelin, members of Strike Force Rosann and the Official Where’s William? site.

They we’re doing a pretty good job of it until certain advocates pushed a dubious conspiracy theory.

People should be very wary of misdirection in William’s case. Online personas often don’t align with real-life personalities.

Good post. I don't see outside of this thread what agendas are being pushed, thank god, because it sounds pretty stupid to even go there when no one seems to know anything much anyway. I guess apart from the people directly involved in this case and that doesn't include those of us in the public on the outer fringe of it all, those directly involved are the only ones that know the truth of it all. People arguing about speculation is nuts IMO. The case has been discussed on whatever social platforms ad nauseum, but to date WT is still missing. We are not LE so what the heck would we know? But i guess opinions, well everyone's got one.

I have been reading a blog this morning, discussing Bill Spedding's case from Ballarat. It was a blog, so take the info as you will. Thought provoking though.


It was pointing out how the following people were in Ballarat (parish area) during the same time period as Bill Spedding. It was looking for a link.

Father Risddale - mutliple child sex offender (100s, Risdale says), Catholic priest.
Bishop (at the time) George Pell - support person, in court, for Father Risdale. He himself also now charged with multiple child sex offences.
Father John Nester - multiple child sex offender, Catholic priest.
Bill Spedding - now up on child rape charges from over 30 years ago in Ballarat.


Believe it or not, Tony Abbott - former PM - also lived there at the time (went to school/college there?), knew Father Nester well apparently, and gave him a personal reference in a child sex abuse case. He also knew George Pell well, at the time, which we also know from his close relationship with him while PM.

The spitting and swearing incident happened at 9pm. Where does she stay when she is there?

I was doing a bit of reading myself this morning old msn articles and this popped up.
I also thought this name just might pop up again during Spedding's trial if they are still using that defence.

True SA those minor problems pale in comparison.

What’s the saddest thing is William experienced happiness, love and security the most important basics a child thrives on.

With this abduction those things were ripped away from him AGAIN and took away a the prospects of good future education, career and future family.

Things like being out at 9pm and experiencing his mother abusing customers and spitting in the face of police AND then attending court. Thats not my cup of tea. Pffft.
