Does Bill Spedding look like a monster? No.

But now read this.
Friggin’ sickening.
Allegedly he IS a monster

Is he a monster? Do we know that for a Fact? The article is dated April 2015.
This article is dated June 2015
(quote)
In granting bail, Justice Geoffrey Bellew said one of the girls, who was three at the time of the alleged offence, had no recollection of it and "vague memories of youth" despite a 21-page statement.

He said the reliability of the complainant would probably be an issue and there were concerns about whether both girls were "coached" by an adult in making the claims.

"It is clear to me that the matters to which I have referred to will be a substantial issue in the proceedings brought against the applicant," Justice Bellew said.

"It is difficult to accept the crown submission that [the] crown case is strong."

Justice Bellew noted that Spedding was investigated over the alleged offences nearly 30 years ago and never charged.

He said Spedding becoming a person of interest in William's disappearance had "revived" the prior allegations.

Guess we will have to wait and see the outcome of BS's case before a factual determination on guilt or not is proven.

I think police believe they have their man.

@1:05 say “police are quietly disappointed Spedding was granted bail but police will be keeping a very close eye on him especially he will be checking in here at Port Mcquarie police station every single day”.

I don’t know. What do you think a more complex answer could be?

Maybe they were not involved in the actual abduction but they could have arranged it or know where he is.

If he has history BS what he's doing near a primary school in 2015?

BS & MS were involved with taking care of other children in their home. I'm not sure if background checks were required of that, because from memory i think they were her grandkids?
If BS was investigated 30 odd years ago, he was never convicted, so probably/possibly had no police record?

spedding is a dirty piece of crap . proven.

but simply being a dirty piece of crap .....visiting the grandmothers days before not aware of the "spontaneous" visit from William and his family coming and having a small Spider-Man figurine in his car is extremely week evidence to me.
if that's all there is........no wonder the case is cold.

lets hope and assume the cops have a whole lot more on him for the justification of being labelled public enemy no 1 in Williams case.

I’ll try to find the link that grandma told him that family were coming up, thus the machine.
Let’s look at 2 scenarios.
1). Bill mentions to ‘six degree of separation’ that the children are going to visit. The rumour mill begins and someone who is churning over William being taken set the wheels in motion.
2) someone random sees William playing and grabs him.

Yep...something that doesn't sit right are these two polar opposite statements

https://youtu.be/ivK2GDnj9Ig

@ 1.07 "Because, like, I wouldn't hide him"

https://au.news.yahoo.com/nsw/a/38661533/the-day-nsw-toddler-william-tyrrell-went-missing/

[FONT=&amp]"I’d given them bond money to hide out for three months and then they were caught and told me they were taking William away. He [Brendan] died that day," Ms Collins said.

So...which is it then, NC??

[/FONT]

I’m sure many of us would like to know the answer to that question.

Those cars matched TJ’s white station wagon and NC’s friend’s silver sedan. It’s no coincidence that the police had suspicions and were taking photos of her car and quizzed her and confiscated TJ’s vehicle.

Why was NC ‘sick’ that her friend was ‘bothered’.
I’d be saying to cops DO ANYTHING!

Also one of the cars (the grey sedan, I presume) matched PB’s:

‘They [AJ & PB] both lived in the Kendall area and had been driving vehicles that matched the description of two cars - a grey sedan and a white station wagon - that had been seen driving near the Tyrell house around the time he was snatched.’

On the cars from DCI Jubelin’s most recent presser:

(20:50) R:

'What about, are the cars still of interest?'

(20:55) GJ:

'We're still looking at the cars. From the last time we put the appeals out for the cars, we received a lot of information and that's a line of inquiry that we're following up. As I said, it is unusual for an active investigation to go into how we're approaching it but, because of the uniqueness of the investigation and the public' interest, we prioritise our lines of inquiry.

So we'll have a person of interest and we'll focus on that person of interest, we'll focus on the cars and we've got lines of inquiry going all over the place. We've got our dedicated Strike Force but we've also got access to all other investigators across the state if we need them.

AJ’s car has been eliminated:

(21:31) R:

'There was a car seized, at one point, matching the description of the graphics that were put out there. Can you say that [unintelligible] been ruled out?’

(21:42) GJ:

'I can only say it's been eliminated.'

ONLY days before William Tyrrell was abducted, his grandmother told repairman Bill Spedding she was expecting a stay-over visit from her family and could he fix her faulty washing machine.

That revelation calls into question toddler William’s trip to the mid north coast being a total “surprise” that nobody other than his parents could have known about.

In the weeks after police raided his Bonny Hills home searching for clues on the toddler’s disappearance, Mr Spedding, 63, told of a conversation he had with William’s grandmother at her home when he inspected the machine.

Thank you. Point conceded that there have been other people mentioned as being POI in MSM. Was BS named by police? That I’m not so sure about. Do you think we can all move on and look at tgy’s scenarios?

For William x

I don't know really. Maybe someone related but not closely related hasn't been ruled out. It just seems an odd response to say 'the simple answer'. Why not just a definitive yes we have ruled out both families.

Your guess is as good as mine, in that respect.

The NSW Ombudsman is investigating this matter. Outcome unknown. This discussion has already been completed(?) after I posted links back in the thread aways.

the forster mother stated (will look for it when I have a sec...cant back it up for certainty but I'm pretty sure) the trip to kendall was spontaneous.
so if forster grandpa new days before its not really spontaneous is it .
i cant back it up atm though. ill get back to it tonight.
there is so much contradiction everywhere. hard to decipher!
