Karlie's previous convictions are public records. The court cases and judgements, but not the transcripts of the cases.

Yes i think you can access old records but have to pay for it don't you? Maybe that is just online though?

The police in front of her were having a chuckle too, maybe there was something funny that was observed or heard? Who was the older bearded guy, her dad or a relative? looked like a bit of a biker type to me.

A pre-sentence report, that is interesting ..... read the link. Much more about a pre-sentencing report contained there. Sounds as though they are trying to keep her out of jail.


A Pre-Sentence Report is requested by the Court if you plead to, or are found guilty of, your offence.

If the Magistrate or Judge is considering a full time gaol sentence for your matter then, in order to be able to consider all options, they will order a report from Corrective Services.

The Magistrate/Judge will adjourn your matter for, at least, 6 weeks and direct you to attend your nearest office of Corrective Services’ Community Corrections (what used to be called Probation and Parole) for the preparation of a Pre-Sentence Report.

This is your first opportunity to co-operate fully with this Service.

They are there to help you by making recommendations to the Magistrate or Judge as to what alternatives are available to full time gaol.

Oh, so it was her dad. Glad he was there for her.

9NEWS can reveal the mother was convicted of a range of offences over the past decade, including shoplifting and destroying property.

In March 2014, six months before William went missing, Ms Tyrrell was convicted of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.

In June 2010, she was convicted of assaulting an officer, the exact same offence which brings her before the courts once more.

That really doesn't tell us much. Who did she assault & why? Spitting is considered assault too. Did she spit back then too?
And in 2010 wasn't WT removed from her as a baby?
And who is getting all this information that is being printed?

William wasn't born until 2011 - maybe her 'Rap Sheet' tells why she lost a child before William was born :thinking:

I know that's harsh but that that is of course my own opinion.in person a very different women to he fb filtered camera photos .

Things must have been pretty bad. The security guards couldn't handle the most recent situation.

Just like so many others i have seen that depend on welfare. At least KT got her childcare certification before she messed up in her life. When i see young peeps that have gone off the rails there is usually an underlying reason for it from their own childhoods that carries over into their own adult life and parenting. It's a sad cycle usually.

I suspect the magistrate is trying to get her help, and allow her children to have at least one parent who is not in jail.

Her facial skin does look pretty suspect in the Daily Mail photos. And her violent outburst at the shopping mall is indicative of deeper problems. She has tried to pass it off, herself, in a handwritten note saying that she has panic attacks. No Drs letter. Which might have been a good thing to get, before attending court.

I guess the pre-sentence report will get to the bottom of it all.
