Karlie's previous convictions are public records. The court cases and judgements, but not the transcripts of the cases.
This is an answer provided on whirlpool.net.au forum, where someone wanted to view old courts records in NSW ....
"The public can view records like court lists. Most records relating to a Court's activities and decisions are public records.
If the records aren't at Court, try State Records. You can search their archives electronically at most public libraries; however, the electronic database is not comprehensive and you may, therefore, need to go to the State Records reading room in Kingswood and examine the hard-copy records there."
