So why weren't the foster parents named too? And don't say because they still have KT's other child because KT has other children too, and this was way before her latest fiasco in Dec. last year.

My point is that you do not seem to comprehend that the legal bans were lifted on naming Karlie.
Karlie "the mother" seems to be aware of that. The foster parents are required to remain anonymous, according to FaCS laws. The naming of William as a foster child does not preclude that law.

BBm, Well if that's the case Karlie from the supreme court document is still involved with FACS too and trying to gain custody of her daughter back.
She is still in litigation so what gave the media a free for all on her life?

Well she stood to be a little famous if she not only beat facs.
But was able to get cold case Barnes to ignore what is the normal process and call a coronial inquest promptly. Oh and if she had been successful in getting Jubes dumped as the lead detective.....what a coup.
She would have been on every news channel doing interviews day and night.

Karinna, it had nothing to do with the ff . Information is key here. Take another read back through the threads you are missing the point entirely. And her other kids aren't under Facs rules or regulations

I am not sure that we choose not to repeat things about the foster family. We are not allowed to speak about them ... due to "Sarah" ... the Supreme Court judge says so.

Hence they are not in MSM, except anonymously, hence we can't speak about them.

I don’t think Karlie is ‘to blame’ AT ALL for William’s disappearance. She has made some unwise life choices but that may be because she is a victim of circumstance (possibly from childhood). There but for the Grace of God go I . . .

I got that thanks. And my point is that Karlie Tyrell has an identity to protect too because from the case law doc. she is also involved with FACS still. She has her biological daughter still in care with the FP's and i would imagine still entitled to supervised visits with L, or whatever arrangement she still has in place with FACS etc. KT has not legally lost her parental rights. And BC is not pursuing any contact with L, so that is a moot point.
These are just my opinions is all.

I think it important to remember that it was Natalie who gave us a bit of a run down on B and K before we even heard the details from court.
Both had been arrested in December 2016 and NC did another exclusive in January, just in time for their mentions.

As I said before, I totally get where you are coming from and what you are saying . KT and her every move (thanks to her self) is now open slather. I think without much else happening with this case we are all desperate for any info we can gather. Wrong or right we are all allowed our opinions if we stick to the rules and I don't see anyone on timeout yet ( thanks Mods) for over stepping the mark. Every little pice we here or read is part of the big picture that was this little boys life. I think it's all relevant.

Yes ... a complete loss. Visits only allowed due to the Minister. Litigation only allowed due to the Minister.

Before his disappearance in September 2014, William did have supervised visits with his mother, contrary to some media reports.
However it’s understood these visits were infrequent and that William identified his foster family as his parents and was known to the public by their surname (which can’t be disclosed) and not “Tyrrell”.
