Well, he has some kind of mental health issues ... so maybe that is him in the vid. Could contribute to his wild behaviour at being caught up with by ACA, if he is still not taking his meds.

Also, he was let out early from his 3 year sentence, so he is likely on parole and needs to meet with a parole officer.

IMO he would’ve walked to the left of the house, under the carport and towards the little verandah they were sitting on as the access to the laundry was there.
From the kitchen window you can see the roof of the little verandah and same from the laundry. That’s where mum went to boil the kettle while sister was in the bathroom.
Maybe that’s why they were sitting there waiting?

Last month police seized a white station wagon from Jones' neighbours' house for forensic examination.

It is understood police initially believed the car, which belonged to Jones' estranged wife, had been disposed of but police later learnt it had been given to neighbours.

Police received information about where it was after 60 Minutes revealed investigators were looking for two cars, a white station wagon and a grey sedan, spotted on Benaroon Drive in Kendall as William played outside.

Well, that would be a good start! I suppose you would have to stay on top of it and apply for new photos every year or something, seeing as these creeps move around quite a bit.

Let's hope it goes through, and the other states copy the idea.

If you are referring to the 'red circled vehicle' then I believe you are mistaken. It appears to me that vehicle is not a van-type vehicle but a sedan.

What really interests me is that the police scene tape does not appear to extend to beyond the concrete driveway (north). Why is that scene tape where it is?

Yes I am referring to the position of the vehicle circled. But not the actual vehicle that is circled.
