This grab contradicts that entirely. It says AJ was definitely questioned

Detectives interviewed Jones while he was in custody in April and questioned him about any involvement in William's disappearance.

It is understood Jones told police and family he was "out bush" collecting scrap metal on the day William went missing from Kendall.

Detectives also questioned Jones' estranged wife about his movements.

I have had that feeling for a long time, and somehow I don't believe it is Tony Jones - who is so bad at covering his tracks that he has over 90 convictions on his criminal record. And he is still roaming the streets. :sigh:

Just watched the video. Not much there really, is there. But at least it put William in the forefront of people's minds again for a little while.

I was impressed with how the police ensured that the scene remained trouble-free during the whole confrontation.



Still no judge assigned to Spedding's trial yet. Bit concerned about that. Who will he pull?

Baird was Premier of New South Wales, the Minister for Infrastructure, the Minister for Western Sydney, and the Leader of the New South Wales Liberal Party from April 2014 to January 2017. So, all of these things at the time William went missing.

With William being under the care of one of Baird's ministers, and being such a high profile case, may have spurred the parliament house thing.
