seems bs, dn, pb and tj etc all form part of the paedophile ring, with family members and friends and neighbours possibly part of it too, theres the small mattress and computer taken from bs office, the station wagon, (which was cleared) the lies, past sex offences against children, so many coincidences, they all know each other and kl seems to be the link in the middle?
some sites hinting kl may have her eye on the million?

It certainly is a convoluted web with all the players being mentioned in MSM.

Yes, normally when people lie that is the reason. In TJ's case he acts like a belligerent alcoholic IMO. If he has been drinking for a very long time which is possible, then it certainly damages the brain and affects memory and acts on the aggressive part of the brain too.
So if that is what has affected him? it's possible his brain & memory is affected, otherwise he is lying because of something to hide. All IMO.

Surely he would remember where he was the day WT went missing. He was accused quite early on. That day would be seared into his brain.

  • #523
Are you you implying spedding was there on the day William disappeared

It is not really clear where BS was at the time WT went missing? I hope police have the facts though.

Not necessarily IMO. Alcoholics forget very quickly what they have said and tend to be very repetetive when speaking.

Memory impairment is one of the most common problems associated with alcohol related brain impairment (ARBI). Some people struggle to remember things from day-to-day, while others have difficulty remembering skills, knowledge or information they have learnt in the past.

People with ARBI can experience problems with:

learning new information
focusing on a topic of conversation
retrieving information from the past stored in their memory. They often have difficulty remembering what happened when (the timing of events in memory)
remembering recent events or information they have recently acquired
making errors when recalling information from memory. This can result in information being muddled or incorrect, and is sometimes called ‘confabulation’. Importantly, the confabulations are caused by memory failures – they are not lies.

You may not have read many of the rest of the threads, and I can't blame you for that, we have been here for 3½ years now for William ... so there are lots and lots of threads.

Yes, there are a number of us - including me - who believe that Spedding may very well be guilty of taking William. Which, of course, means that Spedding would have been on Benaroon Drive, where William was, at the exact time that William disappeared.

Maybe they should do a Mr Big operation on TJ? Worked beautifully for the Daniel Morcombe case.

Maybe they are in the middle of a big operation on someone(s). Covert operations are being utilised by the police.

BBM
"Detective Chief Inspector Gary Jubelin said the reward does not represent a loss of hope, but a proactive tool combined with both covert and overt operations to find out what happened to William when he disappeared from his grandmother’s home in Kendall on September 12, 2014."

I think that tj has been stalked where ever he's been lately.

Did he take the shared car? While Katrina had seen him drive it. But never with the wifes knowledge... NO! He must have hot wired it. Hang on he may have had a key.

RSBM

Do we even know if the car was available for him to take that morning? Did his wife have it at work or elsewhere? If so, how did he get around on his collecting-scrap-metal activities?

I imagine that the police have his mobile phone ping trail from that morning, and possible witness statements from anyone (bartender) who may have seen him at the pub.

It seems to me that many (other) people might remember what they were doing on the morning that news whipped around that a little boy had gone missing. Perhaps even remembering where they were when they heard that news would aid their recall of their own movements, and who they may have seen, that day. (Speaking of potential witnesses to his movements.)

No we don't know if the car was available for him to take that morning do we SA?

Didn't Jubes say they were still working on the cars?
But the car that had been seized that matched the description had been eliminated.

Why all the discussion about AJ being allowed or not allowed to drive the car, if it has been eliminated?

i viewed this program, & was appreciative of the apparent 'very intentional' hands-off media investigation
of 'persons-of-interest'. This ephisode commenced with Tony Jones. IMO, he did himself NO favours, however I certainly acknowledge that if I was confronted on the street, I'd push back for sure. So, on that note, I'd encourage Tony to arrange a chat that works for his schedule & his locale.

What about this then? An irrelevant police fact sheet?

"Police have been informed the offences … were not pursued formally by police at the time of disclosure due to concerns as to the welfare of the victims, given their tender age,” a fact sheet said."

I'm so disappointed by the reports of apparent 'ball dropping' by those who've signed up for a 'greater' role in respect of our Basic human values.. Are we really coming to the time where we have to develop a World Wide Standard - OMG, I ..

How do you not have a national sex offender registry? How do you not remove your trash government on that grounds alone? The basic social contract is a government promises to protect everyone and punish wrongdoers. Your government does not do that. It openly protects murderers and sex offenders. Seven years for a murder? Your country's justice system is an insult, it's a joke.

Seven years? Three years after time served?

For murder?

We should boycott Australia on those grounds alone.

Haha some of this is true... We need reform.

But i think the US needs to address it's own faults - poor gun control & arguably a joke for a president. Guns kill more people in your country that any other thing, everyday... it's a truly sick system

I’m having some time out to get strong. If I knew William was in the hands of someone who loved him, I wouldn’t be so consumed by his case. Also, does anyone have the right to separate him from closely supervised visitations with his parents and extended family, but especially his siblings? No one has the right to make that choice for a child. My mother did that in the case of my brother and I. My siblings and I are still suffering the effects of developmental trauma and unless we all deal with it, it will have ramifications throughtout future generations. The Butterfly Effect. Peace out.

Two things I noticed in the ACA video.

:49
Why are you in the police rein for the disappearance of William Tyrrell?
Because I lived in the area, okay.

And while they say that the car 'matched' the description of the car seen near William’s grandma’s house, they immediately clarified by saying …

4:40
Similar make and model.

It could be as simple as the fact that Jones is a RSO, he lived in the area (as he himself stated was the reason), and his alibi is not completely verifiable. Or his alibi is mostly verifiable, but they are not comfortable with his known associations.

I think that ACA have their own agenda (ratings), and their convo needs to hinge on known things (car) ... with a jaw dropping thing or two included, of course. :D

Plead pissed? What a cop out. Apparently the brain wasn't too impaired that he thought he would use a dead man for his alibi. Dead men may tell no tales but seems his widow certainly has spoken up. Good on her. Another player's alibi out the window. So many lies. Neither Jones or Spedding want to be honest about where they were and who they were with on this particular day do they?

But at least they have banned Kinder Surprise for safety reasons.

My impression of TJ in that clip was that he was impressively self-controlled; that he was extremely aggressive and intimidating, exactly as much as and no more than he thought he could get away with, and he did not lose his cool or his judgement for a moment. If he was as emotionally angry as he appeared, there would have been fists or a weapon involved IMO. I don't think his behaviour was the result of alcohol-induced dementia.

I put up a link in the last thread about some RSO's houses that were not searched (too lazy to go back and find the link again at this moment). This was said over a year after William disappeared.

So, I am presuming that the said RSO's did not authorise a search of their homes, for their own reasons ... perhaps an ongoing disdain for the police, perhaps due to what else may be found in their homes. If the police did not have a 'reasonable' reason to get a search warrant for these homes, a search warrant would not be granted.

I wonder if Jones' home was one of these unsearched homes? Is that one of the reasons they went for his (her) car?

If he lived with Katrina, did she authorise a search of 'their' home? Or is she involved with W4W and/or Alana Pearl Smith, and did not allow that, perhaps due to a disdain for the authorities - which seems apparent there?

I wish ACA had touched on any authorised search of Jones' home at the time, instead of just the car, which we all knew about anyway.
