My impression of TJ in that clip was that he was impressively self-controlled; that he was extremely aggressive and intimidating, exactly as much as and no more than he thought he could get away with, and he did not lose his cool or his judgement for a moment. If he was as emotionally angry as he appeared, there would have been fists or a weapon involved IMO. I don't think his behaviour was the result of alcohol-induced dementia.

I was impressed with how he turned around, as soon as he was unexpectedly approached, and went for the safety of the police station. Then was put into a room by the police officer, and didn't come out until other officers could be present to monitor the situation outside.

He is not so stupid or alcohol-addled.

Just so. And how much chutzpah, for want of a better word, does it take for a man of his type, and a POI in the case ACA are pursuing him over, to take refuge with police? Though it's a cliche and I'm not qualified and if I was I wouldn't diagnose by internet, I'm seeing psychopathy.

I’m having some time out to get strong. If I knew William was in the hands of someone who loved him, I wouldn’t be so consumed by his case. Also, does anyone have the right to separate him from closely supervised visitations with his parents and extended family, but especially his siblings? No one has the right to make that choice for a child. My mother did that in the case of my brother and I. My siblings and I are still suffering the effects of developmental trauma and unless we all deal with it, it will have ramifications throughtout future generations. The Butterfly Effect. Peace out.

sending love, hugs, peace and happiness x

Oh yes. I am certainly not suggesting he has any level of great intelligence. Particularly with 90+ criminal convictions.

Just that he has been through the system so many times, that he knows very well that the police must protect him ... even if he is lowlife, pedo scum.

Plead pissed? What a cop out. Apparently the brain wasn't too impaired that he thought he would use a dead man for his alibi. Dead men may tell no tales but seems his widow certainly has spoken up. Good on her. Another player's alibi out the window. So many lies. Neither Jones or Spedding want to be honest about where they were and who they were with on this particular day do they?

Yes we don't really know what TJ has done or not and if he is in fact guilty of anything to do with WT's disappearance? He is a convicted child molester and there is that. He looks to be a potentially dangerous individual and has a long rap sheet that does include violence/assault, and certainly not someone i would harass on the street for an interview.

The problem IMO with WT's disappearance is that there was such a very narrow window for someone to take him. That person or persons would of had to of been there right at that very moment when WT was there unsupervised and out of sight of the adults that were there with him that morning. Who would of known such an opportunity would present itself anyway? to be there hiding possibly and waiting?
And from what FM said she had some kind of "vision"? that someone grabbed WT by the shoulders and lifted him up? Why did WT not make any sound if someone grabbed him by the shoulders to make off with him?

He is okay with walking into a police station and felt he has some degree of protection there is what it looked like to me. The police woman let him inside a room and closed the door in the face of the reporter/media.

And he may have had another reason for having to go to the police station, such as reporting for parole? Explaining how ACA found him. Though it's been pointed out that he appeared to change direction in order to go there.

IMO he was leaving the police station (possibly parole meeting, or some other regular appearance) when he was ambushed by a knowing TV crew, and returned there for 'protection' when they confronted him.

I wonder where LE went wrong? It seems so obvious to us. They obviously don’t have enough evidence. The circumstancial evidence is through the roof. Just forensic is lacking. WT was in one of there cars. It just seems LE missed which one.

So Monday BS goes to trial for the alleged sexual crimes committed against the young girls in the caravan . Is that right ? How does the process work if he is found guilty, does he have a chance of bail or detention if not granted and await a sentencing date or does it all happen straight away. Sorry for my ignorance !

If he's found guilty it will be straight to gaol, no chance of bail.

Thanks sleep, so he gets sentenced pretty much straight away then ? I wonder how long a trial like this would go for ?

No he won't be sentenced straight away, but he will be held in custody until sentencing. That is what usually happens, with this case ...........who knows.:gaah:

She said there were pre-trial issues and it was not expected to start until February 12, 2018.

On Thursday magistrate Ronald Saines granted the adjournment request, telling the court the NSW trial, which is expected to take five weeks, was a sufficient reason to delay the Victorian matters.

OR

Mr Spedding's trial, expected to run over three to four weeks, was also moved to Sydney's Downing Centre District Court.

I am going to stick my neck out here and predict Spedding will be found not guilty in this trial. IMO there is not enough evidence to prove he is the abuser and the children were young enough at the time for one of them to have no memory of the abuse. I am NOT saying he is not guilty, just saying the evidence will not be enough to find him guilty.
