I am only evaluating evidence that has been released with the experience I have with images.

I am clearly implying that there was someone else there when the photo was taken beside the foster mother and the foster GM and sister. That is my opinion based on my experience in analysing photos.

Maybe the photo was taken earlier than 10.30 am and Richieswan analysis suggests that is exactly the case.

If you have the experience you should become a Verified Expert. That would give some reason to believe what your saying, as it is members can believe what they like.

In that photo of WT in his spiderman costume, to me he doesn't look well, very thin and dark circles under his eyes, almost a hollow look to his face IMO. Poor little boy,

He looks like a perfectly healthy incredibly happy little boy. Another angle of attack at expense of his foster parents. Passive aggressive and below the belt.

Who ever said it was taken at 10:30?! I thought 9:45 was the time stamp. As to you saying it was 9:15, that's a very precise reading of the short, weak shadows and Richie's diagram. I certainly can't see that amount of information on my (very good) monitor.

However, thank you for confirming that you are implying that there was someone else there - I still wonder who you think it might have been. And if there was someone else there, why has it been covered up by police all this time?

Am also wondering if that is your occupation - photo analysis? If so, your work could be very valuable not only to us, but to Jubelin and co as well. Thanks for your input, but as sleep suggests, might be worth getting verified, then your input would be without question and highly prized.

Inner child is not implying, back in his/her posts it stated that it’s an apsolute fact that someone else was there. This cannot possibly be stated as fact, not here not in a court not anywhere.

Yes he is a poor little boy, I completely agree. Taken from a loving family who nurtured and treasured him and gave him a life of love, laughter, travel, good times, comfort and a good life with a rich future in a mature, responsible environment. He certainly didn't deserve to be snatched away by evil.

It's possible, but he was obviously well enough to attend daycare the day before. And he doesn't sound very ill from the amount of running around he's been described as doing that morning.

It seems as if you were implying that he was neglected, but I really don't want to believe that that was your intent, not only because it's against TOS, but because it goes against anything I've read or heard or seen, and this little man had already had more than enough trauma in his early life before he was placed with his wonderful foster family. IMO

But thought i would share this, there a fair few photos of WT with what appears to be darker shading under his eyes. However all my children and nieces and nephews are fair complexion, probably fairer than William but they get that look from everything. And I mean everything 1 hour less sleep a night, a day full of activities. Just being slightly tired, towards the end of term. Particularly it shows in photos with even slight shading in the wrong spot. In fact one of my nieces looks like she could drop of to sleep at any time. Face to face doesn't seem to show, but take a photo and it stands out. I think it's a common look among children with fair complexions. Just MOO

Fm says when she opened the door she saw 2 cars parked on the side of the road.
Both cars had driver side windows down. I had direct view of them and they had direct view of me. She doesn't really elaborate if she was able to see anyone in the cars at that time, does she? :thinking:

The next time she saw the those cars was when she was outside playing - she looked over her shoulder - "I don't think" - "I couldn't see if there was anyone inside." The windows were still down.

William has had a large number of photos taken of him and confirms what a happy eager to please child he looks in the photos. Source google images:

Bottom left and second from bottom right photos (in blue) are also taken sitting down and looking up at the photographer.

Bottom fight with the fireman hat on and seat belt he is looking at someone else, not the photographer.

Middle spiderman shows him clearly looking up with the photographer crouching infront of him. You can see his pupils looking to a height that I would estimate of someone standing behind the photographer. All other photos he looks directly at the camera and is looking to please or give a smile. I was trained in analysing photos with angles and forces as would a forensic biomechanist would be aware.

Plenty of photos of him not looking into the camera too, some you can see that he is looking at someone based on his facial expressions, others you can see his blank stare is just not meeting anyone, which is what I see in the Spider-Man photo.
I still don’t understand why you discount that the FM could be holding something up to attract his eye?

Yes it’s ridiculous, the argument put forward as fact by a poster would not stand a chance in any court of law - it’s just their personal opinion that has apsolutely no substance no matter what credentials they claim to have
