I have noticed there is a no discussion link for William...this is a valuable resource to post links to msm articles and videos etc. It would stop the need of having to go search through old threads.

To me William doesn't look like he's specifically looking at anyone in that roar photo. Just concentrating hard on his roar and looking off camera.

William has had a large number of photos taken of him and confirms what a happy eager to please child he looks in the photos. Source google images:

Bottom left and second from bottom right photos (in blue) are also taken sitting down and looking up at the photographer.

Bottom fight with the fireman hat on and seat belt he is looking at someone else, not the photographer.

Middle spiderman shows him clearly looking up with the photographer crouching infront of him. You can see his pupils looking to a height that I would estimate of someone standing behind the photographer. All other photos he looks directly at the camera and is looking to please or give a smile. I was trained in analysing photos with angles and forces as would a forensic biomechanist would be aware.[/QUOTE

Not sure if you have done this already but I would love for you to post a full analysis of the information you pick up in this photo. Not saying police have not done this already, but we are not privy to that information, so your take on it would be valued by me. MOO

The most important point and link posted initially by frogwell was that Spedding was no longer a person of interest. This tells me his alibis checked out with the cops. Someone here said they would check with the moderators whether he could be discussed considering this. No one has reported back what the moderators said.

The coffee shop waitress was interviewed by police. She was then questioned some months later by press, when she said she hadn't seen him for some months. Someone has posted a picture of the school newsletter with a typical school assembly photo with many visitors, and all the school have said when question by reporters, quite rightly is "Sorry, we can't comment". This does not mean he wasn't there or he was, it is an ongoing police investigation and they can't comment.

It's more suspicious to me that he has happened to have a solid alibi at the time William was supposed to have disappeared, as I believe he knows something.

So, if posters are at all serious about trying to figure out possibly what happened you need to think outside the box.

And for me there is evidence in the Spiderman photo that there is another person that William is looking at and impressing with his roar. I think Richieswan has done a great analysis of the shadows in that photo and its very likely it was taken around 9.15 am and William could have disappeared around 9.30 am and not 10.30 am.

BS is not the only person with a solid alibi, and I find that interesting as well. My hope is police siezed all phones and computers from anyone who was able to verify these alibis e.g. shop keepers etc. MOO

Not sure what the thing is with photos of WT? All i know from following other cases on WS is photos of a child posing and happy really don't tell all that much from a perspective of how happy they were in real life. There have been happy photos of missing and murdered by their own parent/s children as well. Not necessarily talking about WT here either, so please don't go there.

Ic, there was another car William’s FM noticed at around 9am on the day he disappeared. She said she she saw it when she was out on the driveway of FGM’s former residence watching William and his sister riding their bikes.

The car was reported as being a green or grey-green sedan that turned right from Benaroon Drive proper and drove past FGM’s driveway, turned right into FGM’s neighbour’s driveway, reversed out and went back the way it came. (The neighbours were reported as being ‘on holiday’ at the time.)

Could the person William was looking at when that photo was taken have been hiding in the bush garden surrounding FGM’s home?

This is as I remember posts and comments back on William’s forum regarding the cars reported as being seen by his FM on the day of William’s disappearance. I don’t have the ability to post the links to verify the MSM reports at the moment. Hopefully, soso will be kind enough to post them for us. (TIA soso.)

I think the whole car information 12 months after WT went missing is weird in and of itself. If this information had any bearing or validity in WT being missing and to be taken and placed in one of those vehicles, too little too late for LE to be asking about information on it that long afterwards after the fact, IMO.

Apologies, I will quantify that comment, and link that comment to the comment that I was responding to. I am going to make a decision for myself after three and a half years that BS has a receipt and witnesses closely related and of lesser relationship that place him at Laurieton prior, during and after WT's disappearance that day and take my theorising from there. MOO

Agree, & sounds logical to me seeing as none of us know what goes on behind the scenes in this investigation. All we can do is speculate anyway.

He is obviously not cleared, whether that is part of police stategy or because he is involved, I don't know, but police have stated in MSM that he is not a suspect, his mate has helped him download a statement that covers him for that timeframe, I believe that document to be real and I already clarified my statement. My initial post about this topic was a response to another post about that person being suspicious that he had such a solid alibi. I agree, and pointed out that he is not the only person in this case with what appears to be a solid alibi and maybe other aspects should/ could or have been looked at more closely.
