I wonder if we will hear the outcome of sentencing of KT today ?

I don't think her sentencing is relevant to her missing son is it? She was cleared by LE ages ago in her son's disappearance.

Didn't you read the posters apology and re stated her comment? Post # 993.

as police have stated they are working covertly behind the scenes i wonder if they have an actual suspect theyre concentrating on rather than all the pois, maybe someone who may have caused alarm bells when the first officer arrived?

That could be? The first police on scene felt something was off didn't they? Was one of the police named Fehon?

He is obviously not cleared, whether that is part of police stategy or because he is involved, I don't know, but police have stated in MSM that he is not a suspect, his mate has helped him download a statement that covers him for that timeframe, I believe that document to be real and I already clarified my statement. My initial post about this topic was a response to another post about that person being suspicious that he had such a solid alibi. I agree, and pointed out that he is not the only person in this case with what appears to be a solid alibi and maybe other aspects should/ could or have been looked at more closely.

I'm not arguing with you, and definitely not for believing BS has been cleared. The information you are posting about the Bank Statement covering him for that time frame is incorrect. We have discussed this many times on this thread - Bank Statements do not give times of purchases, and can be 24 - 48 hours late.

This information was also stated by CY, you have chosen not to believe many other statements in MSN although you put so much trust in this one.

You can decide to believe what you want, and have your own opinions, all I'm asking is that you don't state false information.

I hope so.

ETA - just for clarification, I don't believe BS is involved with William's disappearance.

I'm not meaning to be argumentative here, however, I'm not sure what you are saying... that my post was incomprehensible? With the same facts that we are all privy to, it seems to me others have been able to come to a conclusion about BS status and have theories based on that status. I have come to my own conclusions as well, that doesn't rule him out. I think police only have his statement to work with to hang him at present because if he was a suspect they would have probed deeper into his statement and he would be under caution when/if answering the police questions about any discrepencies. MOO

BBM, I would hope so and that in such an investigation BS was thoroughly investigated as we know by what MSM put out when the yard was dug up and vehicles impounded for forensic testing etc. So there was more to it all than just a receipt for coffee on the morning WT went missing. I would imagine from phones taken, that phone pings would also have told LE where BS was situated at the time as well. Maybe GPS tracking in vehicles too. A washing machine repair in Dunbogan in the afternoon would also have to have been verified as well i imagine.

We pick and choose what we want on here don't we. Many have been happy to go with Col on other things to support their arguments. There was no definitive outcome on bank statements discussions as it depended on the type of account and card. No offence but many speculate on here all the time and are not hammered on for not sticking to facts. Fact is, facts are thin on the ground in this case. MOO

Yes exactly, and i believe unless "facts" are supported with a link it is just our opinion and speculation.

Couldn't agree more. As long as it applies to ALL of us.
