On now channel10

My quick notes as Jubes spoke.

3-4 weeks forensic search
Coroners court or criminal court
Not misadventure
Going to continue on this matter

Any member of the public uncomfortable come forward.

Grave fears
Until we know conclusively we will continue
In contact with the coroner
Inquest if we can’t solve it.
Numerous lines of enquiries before the coroner
This time was appropriate for this search
15,000 lines of enquiries.
100’s of POI’s
The original search was for little boy lost now human intervention and not of misadventure.
We will be working close to the coroner and keep every avenue open
Until this matter I solved we need
Area will be on lesser scale than before.

Dammit cross is finished.

10 commentators saying.......
Searching this area for a reason. Maybe a tip-off.
Jubes knows now who it was....and now tightening the net.
Community is speaking up.

Not seeing anything about the morning presser yet. Trying to watch several channels at once. haha
Anyone?

Was on 7, but of course they cut off before the end, whilst Jubes was still taking questions

We do have poi's - 100's flagged but high risk a lot less.
The search will be lesser in scale but more intense - just 3 square kms. Documenting and recording - whether that be for the criminal or coroners court.

Yes the new suspect is interesting.
Given police have not named a suspect at all. Actually they have refused to talk about any specific person of interest.
One of the scrappy mans mates?
Has he cracked for better conditions in prison?
A neighbour?

They may be carrying out spatial mapping of the area and any assets they collect.

Interesting they were taking shovels.

That means digging...

OMG they have paused the live broadcast. What the heck?? And no-one else here is airing it live.

Why didn't SA get this live???!!!!!!

So agitated. Will keep watching in case they put it on here at 11am our time.

The commentators of Channel 10 were insinuating the cops now know. Spoke about Daniel Morcombe’s covert operation and how brilliant it was.
The commentators were very careful with their words...they appeared to know more.

They said that Jubes AGAIN spoke of someone who knows something to come forward. Kinda pinpointing someone local.
The locals are talking!!

They came in their busloads - police armed not with guns, but shovels and rakes - as they began a new search into one of the nation's greatest mysteries.

Up to 40 police from the riot squad entered thick scrub at 9am, only covering an area of less than 20 metres in an hour.
It's proof, as one officer said, "they're leaving no stone unturned."
Lead investigator Detective Chief Inspector Gary Jubelin has arrived to personally oversee the operation from the beginning.
New search launched for William Tyrrell

Yep I don’t think poi status has changed and they spoke very directly to someone in that presser

Crappy coverage by all

i think investigators by now know exactly who is responsible for williams disappearance, after listening to det jubelins careful words, i feel he is trying to scare the guilty into some sort of reaction and hes stated they now have grave fears for william and this search area is much smaller, so very intensive fine tooth searching over 4 weeks

It’s on Channel 9’s Periscope channel:

Nine News Sydney @9NewsSyd

I have the app so I’m not sure if this link will work. Otherwise, download the app and search ‘William Tyrrell’.

It also coincided with press conference Malcolm Turnbull was giving about the child abuse royal commission

Still not seeing any link to family. Especially after the FF statement issued this morning.

Pretty sure that there would have been police with the family at all hours, when this happened. Particularly victim support persons.

Didn't the foster mum say she went to the police van in the middle of the night, when she remembered about cars parked on the road?

Many, many of today and yesterday's articles are still reiterating that they have all been cleared. I completely expect Jubelin will reiterate that, too, in just a little while.
Jubes didn’t reiterate anything about the families.

I hope they put up a rerun. We got NOTHING here in SA. Just 'regular programming'.:mad::mad:

Ohhh .... Ch10 says they are going to show it 'live':rolleyes: here in a few minutes.
