There's this video in snopes of little Williams parents and the mother talking about her "vision" .. I found her comments a bit odd but I'm not in her shoes sooo ~ yeah.

Welcome, Deztiny. Yes, it is sad and doubly so that the ‘someone [who] knows something’ about William’s disappearance won’t come forward with the vital information need to recover him; reward or no.

William’s foster and biological parents have all been cleared in relation to his disappearance. The comments may have seemed odd because William was abducted whilst on a visit to his foster grandmother’s home with his foster parents and biological sibling. William has a complicated family history as you will see if you read back through his threads.

I vaguely remember him talking about the cars in response to a question about a question from a reporter about the cars seen opposite William’s FGM’s former residence on Benaroon Drive by William’s FM early on in the morning of the day he disappeared and how they resembled AJ’s white station wagon and his son’s grey Holden Astra sedan. I don’t think he introduced his son or his son’s car either. I’ll have to take a look back in William’s threads to see if I can find mention of this.

The pair were members of mid-north coast grandparents' group Grandparents as Parents Again and were both spotted driving vehicles with descriptions similar to those spotted by William's mother on the day he vanished.

Bickford was driving a grey sedan at the time of William’s disappearance, and Jones was driving a white station wagon, the Daily Telegraph reports.

My reason for bringing up AJ and, by extension PB, is not to pour cold water on the fact that BS may have had some role in William’s disappearance but merely to bring to attention to the fact that he is not the only POI. If BS is charged irt William’s disappearance, I’ll bet that any lawyer worth his salt is going to bring up AJ and, possibly PB, as part of BS’s defence and, vice versa.

I was thinking about that this morning, Violet and I wondered if the raids on Spedding’s office/unit containing the mattress might also have had something to do with the charges against PB and AJ for CSA of those two 11 year old girls. Terrible thought, I know.

Terrible yes, but very good point!
They had already had all known sex offenders on their radar very early on, but it was after investigating Spedding that this particular group came into the police focus.

Maybe Spedding didn’t act alone after all, maybe that trip to Dunbogan was also accompanied by an unwilling little William, where could he have ended up after that!

I always thought it very brazen for a perp to snatch a child, attack & take the horrible steps to cover it up, but to snatch & pass on? That involves more people & increases the risks of exposure significantly!

Yes SA - the cctv.
The known sex offenders were questioned very early on in the case.
I am assuming DN was question early. He said he was at Dunbogan maybe cctv was checked out that way - very early in the investigation.

Nichols was apparently interviewed 'several' times. I think he would be pretty high on the police list, due to his horrible history with children.


Derek Nichols was interviewed several times, according to reports. The elderly man lived in the same town from which William disappeared in 2014, however, he said he was out of town at the time.
“I was living in Kendall and the police came to see me because I was on the child protection register,” Mr Nichols told News Corp.
“The most significant one was in May when they came and inspected my house.”

Mr Nichols said crimes in Victoria had seen him added to the child protection register. He said he was at Dunbogan when William Tyrrell went missing.

Interesting that he didn't mention his crimes in Tasmania and NSW (as well as the Victorian ones). I guess if he mentioned all the locations of his crimes against children the convo would have been a long one.

Nichols was first placed on Tasmania's Child Protection Register in 1985 for offences against an 11-year-old boy.
By 2007, he was living in Bairnsdale, Victoria, where he was convicted of possessing child .
The pianist then moved to Camden, outside of Sydney, for a new role with his church before moving to Kendall last year, where he was again convicted of possessing child abuse material.

Bickford doesn't know anyone, does he? Apparently, he doesn't know Jones too well either, despite their GAPA memberships.

He is one man who I think could be smart enough to get away with a child abduction. I just can't place him in that area, on that morning ... having a reason to be on Benaroon Drive.

I seriously do not think this crime was a group affair. One man, one vehicle, one child, one knowledge.


Outside Port Macquarie courthouse for a separate matter last month, Bickford denied he was close friends with Jones.

“As far as we are concerned and as far as we remember, Paul Bickford was living in the pub at the time of the Tyrrell disappearance,” a statement from the family of Tony Jones reads.

“He knew Paul Bickford was in the pub as well as we do. It’s sketchy as to if he said he was going to see Paul Bickford at the same time.

“But we believe Paul Bickford’s name was mentioned in passing.”

No worries, not need to apologies. I just have not heard BS say much at all since that one and only interview he and Marg gave.
He just seems more focuses on the 8th and 9th being corrected - in his vid.
I just don't get why those dates are so significant to him. 8th - 9th whats a day and why does it really matter what day he did the quote?
Maybe it was because of where he was at on the day he was not at grandma's or was at grandma's?

I guess the police have reason to believe that too.
I wonder what information they have come across to go from pedophile ring, to a lone perp, & does this mean that they have found some sort of trace of William to come to this conclusion?
