Maybe the same could be said about AJ suffering from stress, I suppose. He was arrested just weeks after William disappeared for CSA on the 11 year old girl:

Was just watching a programme - worlds most evil killers. Stuart hazel and the murder of his step granddaughter Tia. The poor little girl was mudered and hidden in the eaves of the grandfathers attic. Police and dogs had searched the house more than once in the week she was missing. Had me thinking that if hypothetically William was taken by one of the residents in the street and houses were all searched head to toe, could he have been missed like in this situation. Did police go back and search properties again ? Maybe they didn’t as already knew who they needed to focus on. Just got me thinking that it’s possible ??
The media were also asked to put as much focus on this case as possible due to them knowing that she had met with foul play and wasn’t just a missing girl

I just wanted to add that I’m not referring to fg house , more so the others searched in the road

Oh I’ve thought the same thing many times Hbayne and William could have been transferred later that evening or days later.
He was so tiny and easily hidden.

So many scenarios and maybe we’ll never know now.

I wonder, though, if he had abducted William ... would he turn around and abuse an 11-year old girl almost right away? (Presuming she told someone, and he was arrested quite quickly for the abuse.)

There was so much heat going on about William. The whole place was in an uproar. Locals were looking around wondering who could have done this. People were locking their doors for the first time, reportedly.

I wonder if the perp who may have abducted William, seeing what was going on all around them, would lie low and try not to get into any trouble ... at least for a while.

Does anyone know the time period when AJ’s sexual abuse of the 11 year old girl occurred? PB was arrested for the same crime irt another 11 year old girl around the same time wasn’t he? When did they ‘leave’ GAPA?

Yes, and police never as I’m aware of put the locals on alert for a child predator. Did they know straight away ? I mean did they feel no need to put the public on alert ? Seems like there was no threat issued to the community of Kendall ever then or now .

Just thought of something else, Hb. Continued focus may have been because another tip was received about a white vehicle turning onto a bush track in Bonny Hills, presumably on the day William disappeared, IIRC:

‘Police will begin new searches in bushland, as the investigation into the disappearance of William Tyrrell continues.

A tip-off, police said, had led them to an area of dense bushland at Bonny Hills, about 20 kilometres from the small town of Kendall where William disappeared from the back yard of his grandmother's home in September last year.’

You’d think so, Hb. Was reading about this little boy’s disappearance in the US on WS a couple of days ago. Very similar circumstances to William’s disappearance and still unsolved:

Yes Bo, I ask the same question. What was the outcome of the latest trial, nothing official only rumours that he was not guilty. I’m sure if he was found guilty and in custody we would know via msm. If this is the case then I feel so sad for those girls

Well, I suppose he can’t really apply to the NSW Supreme Court for an Argument for, presumably, a defamation suit, if he’s in prison. The rumours of the outcome of his most recent trial may well be true in that case. I feel sad for those women too and the innocent children they once were. No child deserves to be abused.

Well, how about that. Good to know. Not that I plan on doing anything that would land me in prison — ever. If I was unlucky enough to end up there, I’d be spending my hard earned on an appeal, rather than a defamation action. Maybe BS is hoping to fund the former with the damages he receives from a successful action.

The secretary of GAPA also states in this article that AJ WAS NOT a member of GAPA and yet I'm sure we have seen minutes of GAPA meetings where AJ was voting on certain motions.

I think perhaps the secretary's quote was misconstrued and she was actually inferring that BS when saying. .... "the POI in this case was not a member of GAPA"

From memory, I think both AJ and PB left GAPA in 2014 and AJ’s CSA of the young girl was said to have taken place over a period of time before he was arrested weeks after William disappeared. He was imprisoned after spending 12 months in ‘isolation’ in September 2015 IIRC. Also, I don’t think it has ever been reported that BS was a member of GAPA. I think AJ actually seconded motions put forward by PB.

Just replying to my own post - to correct the presumption I made in the post - because I stumbled on an article that says that Jones' assault on the little girl happened before William disappeared ... then he was arrested for it shortly after William disappeared.

I guess it still makes me wonder if he would have been involved with William's disappearance ... if he was preying on an 11 year old. Different age/body type of victim, William perhaps not being Jones' perverted cup of tea.

Jones may also have had rumblings of a coming arrest for the assault, as you would think the girl's carers might have confronted him about it - and he may even have been questioned by the police about it - prior to his arrest.

Yet another example of Jones' capability for getting caught for his crimes. imo

Another former GAPA member, Anthony Jones of Wauchope, has also been charged with indecent assault.
It is understood he was charged shortly after William vanished from his grandmother's yard in Kendall on September 12, 2014.
Mr Battishall said the men left GAPA as soon as members found out about the alleged assaults, which he said occurred before William disappeared.

Gerard Baden Clay did a whole bunch of dealings from prison. Applied to ASIC to have his murdered wife removed as director of their company, then sold a jointly owned property. His father in law challenged him in court, but his dealings stood up to court scrutiny.

These crims can do all kinds of stuff within prison walls .. all they need is a lawyer to assist and represent them.
