ACA have really been onto the GAPA, PB and AJ - line of inquiry.
They had the exclusive on APS taking on FACS single handed. Taylor Auerbach had been in contact with her for months and months.
They exposed those inexplicable connections and what a jig-saw it was.

Yet it is BS that is currently in court suing just 2 media organisations for defamation. Why? Why now?
It seems to me BS could have made just as many dollars, doing an exclusive or two.
Telling his side of the story and correcting any inconsistencies or defamatory comments that had been printed in the media.
imo

2 months ago - court appearance for Vic charges maybe? They were meant to follow the Sydney court case, which started mid Feb.

As there were, apparently, others involved with the Vic charges (children, for sure, possibly adults as well ... as the children had been passed around, from memory) possibly some wheeling and dealing has been going on there?

It is the only thing that I can guess at, that may have been 2 months ago. Something we are not privy to, but media would know for sure. They might just not be allowed to speak of it.

I’ve been checking the Victorian court lists for the past few months but have yet to see one for BS.

ok i stuffed up the above reply. my reply was:

First public alibi from person of interest in William Tyrrell case

yes, apparently 'digging' a hot water system. Would that be the same as "collecting scrap metal"? Which apparently his relative said was his plans. Didn't he also have a plan, according to relos, to meet PB later? Interesting he came home drunk by lunchtime!! (if you watch the vid)

"In a heated confrontation with A Current Affair, Mr Jones said he was not in Kendall when William disappeared, and that he was helping his neighbour dig a hot water system."

BBM. He must get up early, cause how quickly can u do this digging, and then also return home drunk around lunch time?

just plain weird!

Also I dont know WTF i am doing with this new WS system :)

What digging is involved in a hot water system?

LOL .... I was going to ask that question. Could not work out what digging would be required.
I do lack hot water installation experience, though.

IMO, if a pedophile was involved, it would be simply due to the perp having a male-male preference.
That wouldn't match the 3 men BS/AJ/PB. DN's preference I don't know at the moment.

yes, i agree and sometimes wondered if this was an organised deal and he was sold, i do feel the perp/s to be very clever
Actually selling didn't come to my mind. But you maybe right, who knows.

This makes sense to me. It is actually illegal to park in a driveway unless you are inside the boundary. The reason being that you are 'blocking access to the property' for emergency vehicles. So it would make sense for it to be a standard rule for carers to not park in driveways for that reason. Regardless of if the driveway is short or long.
I also consider that possibly these service providers have had complaints over time, of staff vehicles leaking oil, or whatever other chemicals.. or somehow otherwise marking the client's driveway, and they would also like to formally avoid such potential claims?

Another potential issue is that.. in the event of breakdown of the worker's vehicle, it would be stuck in the client's driveway, potentially requiring a tow truck to get hooked up to it, or whatever. All kinds of possibilities, really.

jmo.

Thanks mp. I know about the NSW proceedings. It’s the Victorian trial dates I haven’t noticed listed yet.

I think the talk of carers whatever is totally irrelevant. Anyone there for a reason that day in whatever car they were driving for legitimate reasons would have come forward . Police would know this .

What digging is involved in a hot water system?

It might have been sitting outside on a concrete slab and it had to dug out.

I’m not sure what pedophiles creatures think when it comes to water heaters.

Say for example real estate agents park outside to greet potential buyers or tenants.
It’s ill mannered to drive on in.

Oh those bloody cars! I guess we’ll find out the relevance one day.

Like the Ristevski Merc, police sent out a public notice for Victoria for all Mercs the same as Karen’s that were in that area, that time, that day.
So the process of elimination pointed to that vehicle was Karen’s.
Same as Allison Baden-Clay’s Captiva, IIRC there was only one car the same and it wasn’t in the area at that time.

IMO the cops were doing similar here asking for the owners of the vehicles to come forward.

Was it before or after the public request that TJ’s vehicle was confiscated?

Afterwards IIRC.

It seems the purpose of suddenly reporting the vehicles after one year was all about getting AJ's vehicle forensically searched?

September 6, 2015
- reported that the FPs had given their first interview on Channel Nine's 60 Minutes, when it was disclosed for the first time about the 2 parked cars on the street the morning WT disappeared.
Parents of William Tyrrell appear on 60 Minutes as new evidence revealed

September 16, 2015 - a white station wagon was seized from Anthony (Tony) Jones. "Only three nights earlier Detective Inspector Gary Jubelin said police were seeking information about a white station wagon and grey sedan seen parked on Benaroon Dr, Kendall, on the morning William went missing from that street.
"The car was seized by Strike Force Rosann for forensic examination in relation to William’s disappearance."

September 24, 2015 - Tony Jones was "sentenced to three years in jail over the aggravated indecent assault of a minor."
We’re for Sydney | Daily Telegraph

"Last month police seized a white station wagon from Jones' neighbours' house for forensic examination.
It is understood police initially believed the car, which belonged to Jones' estranged wife, had been disposed of but police later learnt it had been given to neighbours.
Police received information about where it was after current affairs show 60 Minutes revealed investigators were looking for two cars, a white station wagon and a grey sedan, spotted on the street as William played outside.
Police were inundated with information about the case after the programme.
They also identified 12 persons of interest as a result.
Since early this year, washing machine repairman Bill Spedding has been the only person of interest identified publicly.
Australian police said at the time their investigations into Spedding became known that it was not a major breakthrough in the case.
His properties were searched and he was questioned after it emerged he had agreed to fix William's grandmother's washing machine days before the boy vanished.
However, he has continuously stated he did not go to Kendall on the day William, dressed in a Spider-Man suit, disappeared.
He released a YouTube clip last month distancing himself from the allegations: "I wish to state that I have had no involvement whatsoever in the disappearance of William Tyrrell."
While police were investigating Spedding, they were led to GAPA, which they believed had members who knew Spedding.
However GAPA has previously said Spedding had nothing to do with their organisation.
Jones and Spedding knew each other from living in Wellington.
They both moved to the Mid North Coast but relatives say they weren't close."
