Good thinking FG, wasn't BS computer confiscated by police at the time in the search?

Yep and didn't BS and MS stay with CY to escape the media?? Another reason why CY had it

Indeed there is tgy.

Yep they have proof he was at the Buzz sipping coffee and paid by card. Because Col downloaded the receipt and placed it in BS's hot little hand.
LE were not aware of this detail before they questioned BS.

receipt? I can download my credit card statement but how does one download a receipt? Is this something you can request from the bank? I would have thought to get a copy of a receipt you would go back to the place you purchased an item from and asked them for a copy of their merchant receipt? Is it possible to get it any other way?

Is BS being described as "man" in old articles now? If so, there might be suppressed court hearings underway in Vic?

What - i dont get it? Is he a woman? transgender? I would not be surprised...help me understand tho. lol. I'm stunned - am i barking up the wrong tree? That's wjat i read into it - but you know me! lol. anything goes!

yes of course. Your credit card is a valid receipt - cause the police & the bank, can look into it...

FYI - On the weekend I saw an electronic billboard about the $1M reward in the shopping centre an inner city suburb of Brisbane. It was a billboard that's always there advertising specials around the shopping centre but they replaced it with the ad about William.

BBM--Surely there's no mystery about that. I'm not committed to Spedding having done it, but they would have had to consider everyone in the vicinity of the house, and Spedding was loosely "expected", notwithstanding there being no firm appointment. And when he's run through the system and there's a history of child sex abuse claims against him, he's naturally a higher-risk candidate. Inconsistencies in his alibi wouldn't help.
Nor would a deleted phone log or a spiderman doll in his car (although I have always felt that one was a little too convenient).

Whereabouts, Angeline? Not asking for any ulterior reason, just curious as I'm in Brisbane too.

Yes, but you can't download it from the internet. Well, at least I can't download old receipts, just statements. Would have liked to at times.

Unfortunately for BS I don't think having a bank statement showing a purchase at the cafe would be enough for LE. I think we discussed waaaay back in the threads that MS could've used the card. LE could've followed up with witnesses at the cafe.

Thank you. That's what I meant. I just googled it and cannot find any way that you can. That's not to say you can't, I just cannot find how you can.

I authorised a credit card transaction but when I checked the receipt a few months later found I'd been charged for an item I hadn't bought. Then I accidentally destroyed the receipt. The credit card company was able obtain a copy of the receipt, listing all the items charged for.

Bank statements are receipts.... unless proven otherwise... surely? I just used bank statements to prove I was OS, no problem to my travel insurers.... i guess they are not police - but - i also believe police can get to the bottom of simple bank statements if need be...

does William tyrell have the rights on spiderman pty ltd does he???

please tell me a household in Australia or probably the free world connected to boys/sons that doesn't have a spiderman something laying around somewhere.

so what if BS had a spiderman toy in his car?

IIRC he stated that one of his grandkids gave it to him.
so what???

so what that William just so happened to be wearing a spiderman suit that day.

my hubby has a sesame st toy in his car...….god help him if a kid dressed up as big bird goes missing...…...far out :confused::confused::confused:

Plus i used a bank statement of OS travel to avoid a Juror duty fine (t'was $1,100!).. they accepted it & thank goodness i didn't need to pay. I think bank statements have a way to go - but they still have validity. JMO. Signing out - going to parent teacher night. Have a good one all xx

I think other witnesses' at the coffee shop may prove more reliable. We have heard nothing of "Polygraph testing" - nor should we. But they are common place - FBI (quantico), Homeland security, CIA... & just about every police force around the world, uses them. Not kidding. I don't think this info would be available to us. If MS was alone at the coffee shop, I think team Rosann would know it. Australia is not behind the rest of the world - police don't go on spouse's alibi alone. There needs to be more concrete evidence, such as other witnesses.

Anyone you choose, could have used your credit card, for the Coffee Shop.

Yes, that was my point. That could be a reasonable explanation for why Col was downloading it for BS at the time the article was written.

To clarify, is BS name no longer being used in the media at present
