Could it have been an end-of-term assembly?

From what I could see that was the following week.

Didn't MS say, it was a gift from a client's child and BS said, it was from one of his grandsons - or the other way around? If I remember well, even re the toy there was a discrepancy .....

I suppose the 2012 booklet is outdated. The 2014 newsletter is more likely to be correct. So, "stage" (half-school?) assemblies on the Friday. I wonder where we originally found the idea that the assembly was at 12. I'm not browsing 34 past threads.

Yes, stage assemblies for classes K-2 and 3-6 on Fridays (every second one I think @stormyseas posted earlier) and end-of-term assemblies for the whole of school on the last Wednesday of each term where medallions are given out.

As for looking for the time of the assembly they went to, bags not doing that either. Been there, done that, not doing it again (and again and again and again . . . )

If WT was last seen at 10:30, BS would presumably say he was at that session. But I could be wrong. I’ve tried searching and I can’t find the time slot they went to.

That 10:30 time is interesting because all our previous discussions were on the basis that the assembly was around midday. Which would mean BS and MS were supposedly sitting a long time over their coffees.

He had received a part needed to fix William's grandmother's washing machine, after attending the Kendall home three days earlier for a quote, and attempted to ring her to make an appointment.

The friend said Mr Spedding then went to go meet his wife for coffee at Buzz Cafe, 140m away from his office on the opposite side of the street.

That’s what I thought and @Chloexx posted a little earlier.

ETA. It depends on how big the school was and if there were only three (composite) classes or ‘stages’ I guess. My kids went to a school with only three composite classes, ie; K/1, 2/3/4 and 5/6. Only 90-something kids in the whole school.

Primary school is now broken into stages. K 1st and 2nd classes are stage one, 3rd and 4th classes are stage 2 and 5th and 6th classes are stage 3.
