I pointed out the aboriginal art themed tie becayse if DCI Jubelins connection to the Bowraville case. He choses to wear that tie at particular media conferences regarding William. He cant state explicity to a certain POI a message but he can state subliminally a message. He continually refers to strategy. I believe he has used this as a strategic message. This was one method used by investigators in america to catch the serial killer known as BTK. You can watch a youtube video that proves that!

I do note contributors here wrote messages for days about a necklace of aboriginal design worn by tony jones. Funny about that. Is that linked. I dont think so but then again??? And then we have aboriginal themed art by Loweke also discussed for days here hmmm?

Don't know what to think anymore. A few different scenarios all seem possible. I keep coming back to NC's dismissive attitude towards searches. The only way I can find any logic in it is to consider that she is protecting someone close. I'm also open to the possibility that all may not be what it seems with regard to William's paternity. Maybe some truly horrible human beings were engaged to assist with an abduction, but it all went horribly downhill from there. So many intertwining backgrounds. Aaaargh.... where are you little guy?

Indiana State Police use new DNA software for crimes

Scientists in New Zealand and Australia designed the software in 2011 called STRmix.

Sobieralski said police began using the software to reanalyze evidence in cases going back two years. He said STRmix helps analysts do what no human could.

"Mixtures of multiple people become so complex that the human brain isn't really good at figuring them out," he said. "You can't take everything into consideration. You could falsely include people, and we don't want to do that."

The software combines biological modeling, statistical theory, computer algorithms and probability distributions to infer genotypes and calculate likelihoods for the DNA profiles from forensic samples.

Might be interesting some time in the future re WT case.

In any case, I think GJ is trying to catch more than only one perp but the "ring" and the main players and as many perverted as possible, besides catching the abductor of little WT.
Now, that would be a success for NSW and maybe QLD!!

I find that to be *funny* wording from GJ. 'The *simple answer to that*, yes.' So.... pray tell, what is the *more complicated answer*, I wonder?

The more complicated answer is that he is not going to comment on whether or not he has ruled out other family members, some of whom have featured in MSM.

And an even more complicated answer is no one is absolutely ruled out until WT is found.

I still wish we had a better picture of what happened on and leading up to that morning, but so much is obscured.

A ring is something that was ruled out by Jubelin, but probably to tone down the media hysteria that keeps wanting it to be true (fear sells ads). If a ring existed it'd be much harder to conceal, after all this time. Ruled out probably meaning less likely.
