It said in the clip LE were notified 3yrs ago. So when the person who found the car told LE, how soon after being alerted to the car did they go and investigate it??? One would hope ASAP, but considering when the guy went back with LE and it was burnt, the info may not have been acted upon straight away.

Also the burnt car is a hatchback, more like the shape of what fm described for the white car and not the grey one
Surely couldn’t be the white sedan. That’s was taken away for tests wasn’t it ? I shouldn’t say say sedan , it was a wagon wasn’t it ?

I agree it appears to be more like the white car...imo
I also agree it may not have been acted upon straight away. But given the police were aware of the cars being in the street I hope they acted promptly. Unless the car was burnt out in the first fortnight it seems unlikely it was AJ that did it. As he was locked up for 2 years. There was a lot of activity around grandma's house. Whoever dumped the car must have had a lift home - you would think.

I want to know how ACA knew that it was AJ that dumped the car, and that it was his car.

I just think they worked out that 2 + 2= 4 IMO

Yeah, I want to know that as well. Who was the person that saw it at the dump site, standing upright and still silver? Obviously someone that knew AJ well enough to know what he was driving.

No wasn't implying it was the white wagon. Was saying the car shown 2nite looked more like the white car described and totally different shape of what the grey car was described as

If it was definitely TJ's car, wouldn't LE have removed it and held it for evidence??

Why didn't AJ relative just say he had a silver car. Instead of all the rubbish about him driving his wife car without her permission?

  • #2,211
Would the car have contained any evidence? If it was completely burned out inside?
Not sure the police would see the purpose in lugging a car back to their impound area if there is no evidence in it. It is not going anywhere. Photos and reports may be enough for their police files.

I wonder if they were able to get a VIN number from it, and match it to any registered vehicle.

Who knows? Strange people IMO

Do councils really lend chainsaws ? ...

Hard to say what these people have said in their interviews, in totality. Media are known to slice and dice to suit their own preference. There is only so much air time.

Maybe driving her car without permission was another way to show his 'criminal culpability', to them.

I would say No - most organisations want you to have a chainsaw licence to use them these days, so if one of his 'mates' lent him one he could have been in big trouble
IMO.

I reckon they would've been able to obtain a VIN number. I live in a area where stolen cars are burnt on a near daily basis and LE always manage to find where they were stolen from, no matter how burnt they are

It is odd that according to Katrina that AJ went to Kendall, because according to her he didn't know anyone there.
And then the supposed vehicle that belonged to him would be torched/dumped only a 12 minute drive according to the reporter, from FGM's house?
His alibi for helping the neighbour with the hot water system didn't check out either according to the neighbour.

Oh, I think the old metal scrapper would know, how to make a VIN disappear. ;)

Am I allowed to say Katrina’s connection to TJ ,it’s been established she is famly from her previous ACA interview ? her name pops up a lot .she did discuss or comment on Tj and his previous crimes , she seems like not a fan of him at all .all based on what I’ve seen on msm
