So, this only works if everyone agrees with the same premise?I don't think so![]()
I don't think so.

Then why hasn't he been arrested yet?
As i said i found that bit interesting. I wonder actually under what circumstances this could be? "Because there may be a number of legitimate reasons as to why an alibi that has been provided, is false".If it is false it is up to the Police to prove that it is False.
My comments are in regard to Police v Courts. There is a difference.
You make the mistake that questioning MSM reports is defending a POI.
That's just us "guessing" what it means though, isn't it?
thanyou again that’s very kindBetter than some, it seems BL. And you’re objective. No personal agendas. Your posts are greatly appreciated. IMO.

I don't think so.
Yep, its called having an opinion and we all can have one and do. And is all mere speculation in a case such as this where we have no idea where this investigation is at. Lots of innuendo from media etc., and that's about it so far. I enjoy reading your opinions.I don't need any evidence to prove him innocent. I don't know how he is involved, other than what is a fact and that is, he was at the house prior and intended to return with a part on an unspecified date. To date, police have not told us anything else, they searched his house, his business, his vehicles, nothing released about them yet. I am not saying he is not a POI, he clearly is.

To be fair Karinna, GW asked me for evidence to prove his guilt.
So I'm not allowed to have an opinion?
Yes, you are sleep. You are also allowed speculation, theories and guesses.

BBM, That's one thing that i find telling. BS would have to be rated in the world's dumbest criminal category to go to the FGM's house to fix a washing machine and on the assumption that FGM actually told him that her relatives were coming with young kids as well, if she even said that to him?, and then lurk around the place just waiting for that incredible opportunity that a small child would on the off chance be left out there all by himself unsupervised to grab him and take off with him.I don't need any evidence to prove him innocent. I don't know how he is involved, other than what is a fact and that is, he was at the house prior and intended to return with a part on an unspecified date. Huh?To be fair Karinna, GW asked me for evidence to prove his guilt.

Did he really think he wouldn't be under LE's radar for questioning? Hopefully he's not that dumb?
As you bolded south Aussie , certainly another reason he is a poi other than just being at the premises days before. No, I don't believe that he thought he would not be on the police radar. Hence the missing calls in his call log ....... and a possibly contrived alibi (as police found inconsistencies in what Spedding told them about his movements on that fateful day).
Which, to me, says that this was not a planned event, but an opportunistic abduction. The cover up was just not good enough for it to have been planned. imo
BBM:
Police seized his telephone records and those of William’s grandmother as they have checked his statement that he had a missed call from the grandmother that morning and tried to call back but could not get through.
A friend of Mr Spedding’s said yesterday that police had questioned Mr Spedding about “why the phone calls were no longer in the call log on his mobile phone.”

As they checked out everyone’s statements about where they were on that Friday, detectives allegedly found some inconsistencies in what Mr Spedding told them which led them to raid his former pawnbroking office in Laurieton and his home at Bonny Hills this week.

I think you may have misread my post, someone, not sure who, said something to the effect of needing to prove innocence. I believe guilt has to be proven, not innocence. To be fair Karinna, GW asked me for evidence to prove his guilt.

I have said before and I will say it again. Police work differently to the Courts.
For Police it's guilty until proven innocent - For the Courts it's innocent until proven guilty.
If Police assumed everyone was innocent, nobody would ever be charged with a crime.
I don't think I could say where and what time I was at a certain place, some months after the event. Not necessarily saying BS wouldn't know, when was that interview where he gave his alibi? No, I don't believe that he thought he would not be on the police radar. Hence the missing calls in his call log ....... and a possibly contrived alibi (as police found inconsistencies in what Spedding told them about his movements on that fateful day).

This is what I am referring to.Read my comment in context please, instead of going around in circles.
What evidence? What evidence do you have to prove his innocence?
We may see things different, but BS is still a POI so at this point there is no way you can say he is not according to TOS.
IMO he is not involved, but according to Police, MSM etc he is still a POI and can be discussed.
