Where has it been proven that BS is a paedophile?
Sadly and statiscally a lot of CSA happens to most children in their own homes where they should feel safe.

Strange because he has been a state political reporter since May 2014?
Just strange that he and MS would talk to MSM willingly at the start (when they seemed to be sympathetic to them) and then smack them around legally when they published something negative. You can’t have it both ways with MSM. It was reported by Chris that B&MS asked him to interview them. That I remember quite plainly (but, then again, memories aren’t all their cracked up to be—there’s probably ‘inconsistencies’ between my memory and the facts :D)

You do realize a person can be Citizen/Resident of another country and live in a different country don't you?
Why do you need to know what country someone is from?

First question - yes of course I do! But relevance? Unless it's one of the POIs involved, then of course if found guilty they could be deported.

Second question - Because laws, courts and proceedings differ from country to country, as you know, and in Australia, from state to state. For example, things are often different here in Qld (yes that's where I am - have never tried to be secretive about it) from what they are in NSW, Victoria etc. That can lead to misunderstandings.

Anyway, back to William. I've learnt so much about Directions Hearings and Inquests etc , even just over the last few pages, so thank you to all who contributed, especially SA, Bo & Sleep. Apologies to anyone else I've omitted.

Where was that stated? And by whom? Apologies if I've missed a post.

Have any of the main players in WT's case ever been asked to do a Polygraph?
I don’t know. That would come under DCI Jubelin’s heading of operational matters, I suspect, and wouldn’t be commented on. The analysis of and their outputs are inadmissible as evidence in NSW courts in any case:

Should lie detectors be used in Australia?

LIE DETECTORS ACT 1983 - SECT 6 Output etc not admissible in evidence

btw I think we’ve discussed their use (or, more accurately, their ‘non’-use) in the NSW jurisdiction previously.

Directly stated? Perhaps not, but there have been plenty of insinuations about that person and hopefully there will be some clarity on it at the CI.
BS as far as i know has been the only POI that has been in the spotlight, and thoroughly forensically investigated and so far after 4+ years, no arrest or charges pertaining to WT's case.

...... and so far after 4+ years, no arrest or charges pertaining to WT's case.

Means absolutely nothing. It has taken 35 years to arrest Chris Dawson, with no body found, and two inquests recommending his arrest.

The relevance is you might be okay with divulging your private information, but others are not. No one knows who is behind a computer on a large public forum, as some WS's have recently found out. But there is a separate thread for that.

That was a case of a husband murdering his wife.
This here is about a missing foster child.
And yes if WT is found alive or deceased we have no way of knowing yet because it's still an ongoing investigation.

I guess the relevance of what I am saying is being totally missed.

Look Karinna, I've answered your questions politely. And the 'relevance' was not to my whereabouts at all, but in response to your statement about someone being a citizen of one country while living in another. Please read the posts carefully so that you don't accidentally misconstrue them. I won't be engaging in any further discussions about this, as your questions have already been answered.

Oh and the problem with identity and WS. I agree, you know never know who people are and what their agendas are, and I'd be most interested in that. Could you please supply a link? TIA

Thank you, I didn't miss it after all, then.

BBM And do you have links to the insinuations? Again, TIA.

I don't need links to it, just read back over the threads here on the WT case and it has been bantered about ad nauseum.

So it’s opinion then. Thank you for the clarification, as there’s a big difference between fact and opinions. IMO

Apologies. I thought your profile originally said North America. I must have you confused with someone else.

My profile has never stated that. Apology accepted thankyou.

Walk a mile in their shoes.

Just to clarify, you asked me for a link to "Insinuations".
Insinuations are a sly, subtle, and usually derogatory utterance.
So a little bit more than a common opinion, IMO.
