I can't move on from the "Staff Member" taking photo's of William in his Spiderman Costume. For starters, he said he never showed anyone the photo's, that means, it cannot have been for file purposes to prove William was happy, healthy and well cared for. Otherwise he'd have explained that, surelyyyy! Besides, that Spiderman Costume covers at least 95% of Williams body and if he had a bruise or two from an accident or whatever, those bruises would not be seen as they would be covered up by the costume, so a photo of him wearing it does not prove one way or the other that he is being well care for. Just not buying it! Uggh! Sorry guys, this photo issue really rubs me the wrong way!

How much notice would FACS require for any foster family out of normal location visits?

Edit to add. If a foster family applied for and got permission to visit another location would they also check the accommodation and the location out first ?

Not sure of exact times, I think where you are going would be different times. Like the trip to Bali would be way longer than a trip to Kendall, specially if they have had permission to go there before.

So FACS reps knew the exact date foster family were arriving into Kendall. Foster parents were posed a question in one of the documentaries asking a particular question who knew of the Kendall trip. I cannot recall an answer that indicated FACS. That info may not have been revealed on police advice or request.

Not necessarily, unless I am missing something, just that they had to seek permission to be able to take WT there. May have been a list of places that were approved but permission not sought every visit. IDK.

I guess that verifies the fact that the car sighting did actually happen then if it’s mentioned on record at the inquest!

The foster mother is testifying to what she said to investigators. I wonder if her testimony includes any reason she may have for not mentioning this very important sighting earlier on the day William disappeared. Maybe she recognised one of the cars in the back of her mind and it really bothered her. Then when her sister arrived they talked about it then it was decided to divulge info to investigators.

Maybe a FACS worker drove a similar vehicle at one stage.

A friend of mine has often bought her foster daughter here. I think she usually gives whatever notice she has - she's always orgainised but I think she said 2 days notice is ok at one point IIRC. Perhaps late notice is Ok as long as you can get onto them. And no, FACs never visited here... they live 4 hours drive about

And William's sister was saved due to a call of nature. This is now heading straight to the door of FACS imo.

So many questions are being answered. The mere fact that foster parents (not just in this case) must seek permission to stay with the foster children outside a predetermined boundary provided the key for me.

The court has been told the foster father left Kendall to find a strong internet connection for a Skype meeting about 9am. William disappeared shortly before he returned over an hour later. @10NewsFirst @10Daily
