Mowing side or rear lawns? Wearing was muffs or earplugs as a lot of people do when mowing.
Yes, there could be several explanations. I'd like to hear his account of exactly what he was doing between 10:15 and 11:05. Whether he was on the mower with it running the whole time, or whether he stopped it for any reason, which part of the property he was mowing when. I think it's possible that William ran down to the road to see if his father was coming and then decided to venture up to the bend, where he and lawn mower man would have been visible to one another if LMM was out the front.

If LH waved at lawnmower man he must have been closer to Batar Creek Rd from her house.
I don't understand what you are saying.

Edit: Oh, do you mean he must have been more or less between LH's house and Batar Ck Rd? In other words some distance from grandmother's house?

I’m so over the lawn mowing thing.

Damn it’s been a big day.

This article is a good & accurate summary of todays evidence ( sorry if already posted )

William Tyrrell’s foster dad details his frantic search for toddler

Mr Williams told the court after he arrived at Benaroon Drive, Kendall at 12.30pm on the day William vanished, he considered whether the little boy had been “lost in fantasy play as he wandered off’.

“There is certain methodology to assist in understanding what they call ‘lost person behaviour’,” he said.

“Speaking with the foster mother, there were a couple of behaviours.

“He was engaged in fantasy play as a child that took me in the path of did he wander off?

“He was waiting for his foster father to drive along Benaroon Drive, so he could have wandered off down to look for him.”

He said he thought of William’s ability to walk, climb, jump and run, and questioned whether there may have been an animal he could have followed, “which is typical of three-year-olds”.

Much fuller detail than posted previously via tweet from journo.

So wee William was waiting for his father's arrival at 48.

Thankyou. You don't happen to recall if it was mentioned he had assisted in searching to you?

Frogwell, are you keeping the timeline to what has been said at the inquest or do you want to add this maybe as an aside?

'A Benaroon Drive resident said his wife drove out of the street, which William's grandmother no longer lives in, one minute before William disappeared.
It was 26 or 28 minutes to 11am, he remembered with minute detail.
"She never saw a car or noticed anything strange," he said.'

If my memory is correct It was reported foster mother searched the bus stop area and she refered to reeds in the area behind the bus stop.

In the attached chan7 map the black numbers are street numbers no. 12 is the property immediately bordering the bus stop location. A person named Shannon K is connected to that property. I believe he is the man being referred to as the lawnmower man at Inquest according to Frogwell's post yesterday. He is also the man LH waved to on her return from shopping according to her inquest testimony. She is connected to no. 9 directly opposite no. 12. That is why she was able to observe him on his mower when she returned. Her house is 1st house on left. His house is 1st on right. Google earth street view shows a man on a red ride on lawnmower at no. 12. I do not know the identity of that man. There is another name also linked to that property. I do not know the sex of that person.

I note that Mr Savage's name is recorded at the bus stop/Reed location. He may be a witness to testify what he observed there and in that general area.

The names and address details above are available on an online source available freely to anyone.

The properties with names printed on them were the different people that searched that property. SES and volunteers on the outside and police on the inside of each house.
