William’s birth father tells the court he had no knowledge of any plans for him to be adopted by the foster parents before he went missing.

I can't believe that. He would have to have been advised, surely.

The biological father tells the court he then went home, where he stayed with William’s heavily pregnant biological mother. He is asked if he had any “telephone conversations with anybody” and he says he cannot recall any.

William's dad is finished - but not before he takes a swipe at DOCS now called FACS saying they "had the duty of care to keep William safe and that was not the case at all."
