I am not 'anti' him. I have stated previously what I am very disappointed at is the allegations regarding his actions. He chose to jump.

Continual discussion about him adds nothing to discussion about William's case from my perspective.

What I have noticed is that since all the fracas around August 2018 as reported in numerous media articles and the Inquest commencement there are numerous anomalies surfacing.

I am curious as to why these anomalies are surfacing. The original details of the case have changed dramatically and Jubelin was in charge when the original details surfaced and now they have changed since his departure is what I have observed.

Might be interesting to start a list.

1st point. The foster parents had indicated in 2015 interviews that their arrival on Thursday 11th was not known to foster grandmother. It was a be a surprise. Now we are told during Inquest and tenplay podcast foster grandmother was phoned whilst the foster family traveled to Kendall on 11th to let her know they were arriving on Thursday not Friday. Why was this information about the phone call on Thursday held back.

2nd point. We were told in 2015 no one knew foster family travelled on 11th instead of 12th as was planned. Now we are told the reason for early departure was the foster family's 2 cats could get into boarding on Thursday. This means someone did know.

Above 2 points will be added to.
Your second paragraph, that's much my perspective too, but none of us is entitled to require that every post caters to our own interest.

As to what's surfacing now: Jubelin's approach was that no information should be released without a reason because withheld information was potentially a strategic resource as something to release down the track. We know this from his explanation to the court in the APS matter. It appears that now Jubelin is no longer in charge, a different approach is prevailing, and the FCs feel at liberty to say more. At least, that's how I figure it.

I’ve not heard of this case before but that sweet pic on the first page melted me. What an adorable little guy. So very tragic. I hope he is found.

Happy 8th Birthday dear William wherever you maybe x

Hopefully another day closer to justice for you

I've just caught up on this thread, it was not a pleasant experience

................the constant bickering, nit picking etc

I think we are all aware that in every case, their are inconsistencies in peoples memory ( very understandable in traumatic circumstances ) , statements, what MSM report & than what they report once evidence has been given in a court.

It's also ok to agree to disagree, scroll by or use your ignore button!!

Aren't we all adults here??

Sometimes I wonder why I pushed so hard to get this thread re-opened .............

I hope that I never have to have my worst, most traumatic moments scrutinised to the nth degree like the FFC is having hers done here...…………………..

Brilliantly said, I dont understand why people wont cut the FPs some slack, if some of their statements differ slightly.

Their minds must have been going in a million different directions, trying to recall in what order things happened.
When ffc said no one knew they were going to Kendall, she probably never gave the cattery people a though, likewise people inferring she lied over it being a surprise visit, it was a surprise until she told her mother on the way.

My line of thought about withholding information about the fosters actually phoning fgm on Thursday night was that if William was deliberately targetted it is possible that one of their mobiles had been hacked so perps could listen to calls and pickup GPS locations and the perps knew they had left Sydney a day early.

To me this makes sense because if William was to be a target in Sydney it would be more difficult for perps with cctv exposure and possibly more witnesses.

The fact William was taken early morning in Kendall perps knew he was there. William went missing when MFC wasn't at 48 Benaroon as well indicating perps knew that as well.

I am not saying foster parents deliberately withheld info or lied to the public. I have said from my perspective since Jubelin was removed their previous statements on docos have changed quite considerably. Nothing to do with memory for stress or shock.
