If the charges put to FA in the past are to be believed, he is capable of getting away with murder.
If FA is responsible for William’s disappearance & PS witnessed something, I can believe he would take a threat from someone like FA very seriously, at the time he had a wife & he has a daughter, perhaps Grandchildren even?
Maybe PS slipped up in a conversation with Jubes along the way, I can see after almost five years & an inquest on the horizon Jubes going at him hard in an effort to get him to crack.
Has the Coroner had access to the recordings, maybe in a closed court?
I find it hard to imagine that whatever PS saw, he knew from that that FA was responsible for abducting William and also who FA was in terms of his history. If PS is concealing something out of fear as you suggest, he must have been explicitly threatened. When would that have happened? How could FA have gotten to PS before he could tell police anything relevant?

I keep asking why WT though? There were quite a few other families with children who lived there from what i have read so why target WT who wasn't a resident there and who really knew of his presence in such a very small window of opportunity? And a little boy who would of had his last visit with FGM in Kendall. Nothing like this before or since that we have heard of.
i think he guessed everyone would think he went wandering an got lost

My gut tells me that William had a similar fate to that of poor Daniel Morcombe and probably didn't live past the first 24 hrs.

Who do you mean by "He"? Weren't we told by the witness RC that a young woman was maybe involved driving a vehicle erratically with WT in the vehicle according to the witness. If you mean the perp. that took WT that is?

My way of looking at it is that I make a list for each person. Pros and cons, for and against. It helps give me an overall sense of the scenario.
Savages 'con' list is getting pretty long, compared to his pro list.

I would love to see that list SA :)

If anything came up that he was either questioned for or charged with any indecent actions or assault against a child in his past then my views would change pretty quick on him.

TBH I don't know who would be my biggest suspect anymore. The more new info gets dropped on us the more my mind changes.

The last more than an hour of his testimony was heard in closed court. Perhaps the journos aren't sure as they weren't able to hear how that session ended. Though I thought I read somewhere that he may be recalled. But I can't find the link at the moment.

Mr Savage has finished his testimony, with more than an hour of questioning closed to the public. @10NewsFirst @10Daily

Thanks SA - I find it interesting the divided testimony ie public & then private. .. what's that all about ? Certainly does nothing to quell the 'rumour mill' IMO if that was the intention ( noting the comments re 'witness does not mean suspect' etc)

Was FA still an intimidating person in his latter years to other adults.
We know he obviously was earlier, by the fact he got people to keep quiet about the teenagers murder.
Would love to know if locals were frightened of him.
I wonder how many times his name was given to the police.

either way..if you knew he was a out of town child or not, then like the police the fact that a child is missing you would think he wandered into the bush

Revealed: Man Questioned Over William Tyrrell Breached Restraining Order

It’s believed he has previously been questioned by the strike force about his history with police, including the alleged stalking, but he was not questioned about the incidents in open court....INCLUDING
This is what is stated in the article

I don't see anything mentioned about INCLUDING?

Thanks for clarifying.

RD still interests me too.

I am also waiting to see what else comes out.
It would be remiss of Jubes and team not to grill PS given his close proximity and ever changing memory.
Has it been confirmed that PS brother was actually going to be released from Casino hospital on the 12 September 2014?

The court heard the 12th of September 2014 was an “unremarkable day” for Mr Savage until he learned William disappeared. @10NewsFirst @10Daily

Unreliable witness / conflicting testimony etc as reported - IMO since I dont have energy to find LinkS but sure you've read them all!

Not saying SA is responsible - simply that its a most complex case to follow, let alone solve !!
perhaps some of the complexity / understandable complexity, has been created by the Age impacted memories of well meaning beings.

Just my thoughts .. OMG .. please for William .

They should just ship them off to a remote island somewhere away from where they can harm anyone or anything to fend for themselves, IMO.

Quite honestly I am tired of the justice or lack of justice system in Australia.

Children and animals.
The crimes and cruelty against animals and I am talking about the torture and cruelty to poor animals and the person generally gets a pissy little fine and no jail.

Interfering with a child, no amount jail time can make up for the pain inflicted.

Some think that a child will forget it. They will block it and go on in life. Maybe some do.

It is life-changing and sometimes fatal as an adult after a child has been sexually abused.

It changes a life forever.

IMO child predators and animal abusers, the filth needs to be thrown in a big hole and filled in with concrete, never to resurface.

Just disgusting and very disturbing. I have no doubt that FA is more than capable of abducting William and covering it up all this time. If there was evidence placing him in Benaroon Drive that morning 5 years ago, I wouldn’t have any doubts that he did it. Unfortunately, there are several other people with questionable behaviours who were also in the local area, so it’s still a mystery to me.

He was who I leaned towards after before but after SA previous post saying that Abbot did not have a car and walked everywhere that has now put questions up for me how could he have done it with no car? Unless he had borrowed one for the day or was working at the time as a contractor with a car provided.

He may not have witnessed something as obvious as William being dragged off with a hand over his mouth, he may have seen FA or his vehicle on or around the street, or even in the bush during his walk on the morning that William vanished, at the time nothing suspicious, but with police probing for every detail of the day as the investigation intensified, he may have received a threat from FA, this could have unfolded in a number of scenarios IMO, hypothetically - PS may have run into FA in town & mentioned seeing him that morning & asked if he saw anything
