I have absolutely no doubt that he could ( he basically said the same to me ) .
I hope he gets to use the relevant justification in court. If they don't drop the charges against him first.

LE are the only ones that can help find out where WT is though.
Not entirely true, there would be members of the public who could help.
Yes and if she feels they aren’t going enough, she’s entitled to her opinion. As a mum, we are our children’s voice. If I didn’t feel confident in LE finding my son I’d be expressing my opinion quiet loudly
She could always hire a private investigator too. A lot of them are ex LE.Not entirely true, there would be members of the public who could help.

I also think the Coroner could go a long way in helping to find William.
In the same manner as Jubes is keeping faith in the coronial process.
They didn’t need to when Jubes was on the case as they already had the best there is and a man who is very empathetic for the victims. Now they apparently have someone who is neither of those things, especially in the communications department. IMO.She could always hire a private investigator too. A lot of them are ex LE.
With all due respect, as William’s mother she has a right to know and be kept informed. If she doesn’t feel as if progress is being made there’s no one more invested to be able to say so. IMO.How would FFC know police are doing nothing to find WT? It's an ongoing investigation isn't it? And there was also a recent search during the Inquest wasn't there? I wouldn't really be critisising LE about it because i don't think that would be fair IMO.
With all due respect respect Musso, aps was more about her own personal ‘anti’ agendas than what was best for finding William. Jubelin always said that the inquest would happen when the time was right for finding answers for William and his families.I think the inquest itself appears to have shifted things a little and moved a step closer to finding what happened to William.
I know many moons ago that certain individuals such as APS were pushing for an inquest and also have partitioned for it to the coroner?
And many were against it at the time on SM and them pushing for it.
I know that the inquest has been an eye-opener to all of us as we have now heard some long-kept information on the case and learnt of a few new POI.
I can understand why some would have wanted an inquest sooner and information to be released sooner however at that time it possibly may have been a tactical reason and not a good move doing so for the case in finding out what happened to William.
I too have faith in the coroner and truely hope Williams family will have some closure soon.

Sadly also, it appears that some family members are unfortunately being used as her pawns. IMO.
I have to say, I am confused as to what sort of a 'win' it was to actually have the information about William and his bio parents made public. I know that the judge allowed it but in the scheme of things, has it helped or progressed the investigation in any way at all? With all due respect respect Musso, aps was more about her own personal ‘anti’ agendas than what was best for finding William. I thought a criminal investigation entails more than one investigator on any given criminal case? They didn’t need to when Jubes was on the case as they already had the best there is and a man who is very empathetic for the victims. Now they apparently have someone who is neither of those things, especially in the communications department. IMO.
It’s morally wrong not to keep them informed. IMO.
Of course I would imagine so too, but seems they don’t all have the nouse, victim empathy and communication skills that Jubelin does.I thought a criminal investigation entails more than one investigator on any given criminal case?
Like a team with others investigating too?
What can LE keep them informed about when they have nothing to keep them informed about?
And LE also have a duty to protect the integrity of the investigation where the parents/public can't be informed of certain LE strategies i would think?
Even the petition to uphold the charges against Jubes only ever attained 206 signatures, and seems to have gone dead in the water.
Whereas the petition to drop the charges against Jubes has reached 13,307 signatures, and people are still signing. Signed 20 mins ago and 7 mins ago.

Yes i would think if the investigation had come up with no further answers a Coronial Inquest would be the next step in the ongoing investigation to see where there might be further answers to what happened to WT. Hopefully there will be a break in the case soon.I think the inquest itself appears to have shifted things a little and moved a step closer to finding what happened to William.

Well IMO it isn't a cold case yet, but sometimes it can take a long time to find out what could of possibly happened to the missing child, and some cases do come to a standstill if an investigation can't find any further information, like some of the American missing child cases i have followed. It must be very difficult for an investigation when there is nowhere else to go with it, sadly. LE can only do so much. All IMO.Of course I would imagine so too, but seems they don’t all have the nouse, victim empathy and communication skills that Jubelin does.
It would seem that if they had nothing to inform them about that the investigation might have stalled. IMO.
I would imagine that intelligent people like the ff would understand that they couldn’t be informed about police procedures, nor would they want to be. They would however want to know that investigations were continuing and that William hasn’t become a cold case. IMO. Such an unspeakable tragedy if it does. IMO.
Yes exactly. If GJ was getting close to finding out what happened to WT then it's a shame he resigned if that is what he did? There would be a whole team of people involved in the investigation. They'd also have multiple cases that they're working on concurrently.
Given that Jubelin was subject to an internal investigation it's probably fair to say that could be some tension within that team that Laidlaw is working towards resolving.
With this in mind perhaps LE are inwardly focussed at this point in time. Reviewing WT's case, preparing for the inquest and deciding whether the investigations need to go in a new direction.
They may also have been asked remain low key whilst the investigation into Jubelin is underway.

Not trying to make excuses or justify their actions if they haven't been communicating with the FF. Just thinking that it might be for a reason, not because they're callous.
Given that not all family "associates" have been cleared, and that some elements of the family have complained about unequal access to information, and a few other things, I think it's not too surprising that the flow to both sides has now been restricted.I thought a criminal investigation entails more than one investigator on any given criminal case?
