Cop thinks he knows who took William Tyrrell

Mr Jubelin’s case is listed for hearing on September 24.

His public appearance comes as a new person of interest has been revealed in the William Tyrrell case.

The person who once lived at a sawmill that was searched a fortnight ago will give evidence at the inquest next year.

It will be most interesting to see if Jubes hearing is again deferred (on Sept 24 ) until after the next phase of the inquest... personally I think this likely...

if gj has been watching people being questioned at the inquest would he still be allowed to pass any observations on to the other detectives handling the case?
because he has been living and breathing this case from the beginning he will have observed a lot of characters and instinctively feel when somethings not right, things the other detectives may have missed

Does the OIC now in charge of William's investigation even want Jubes' thoughts and ideas? I don't think so.

They have in their hot little hands all of the evidence that Jubes and his team gathered.

I think if Jubes has a particular brainwave about this case, or notices something that he feels requires further investigation, he will go right to the top - to the Police Commissioner, the person who is publicly thankful for Jubes' dedication - and speak with him.

Not sure that is true because there have been plenty of happy pics. taken of abused and consequently in murdered child cases right here on WS. A photo never really tells the true story IMO and i'm not necessarily inferring such in WT's case either but happy photos sometimes mean nothing. All IMO.

Yes, it very well could be deferred again.

The charges could even be dismissed by the judge. imo

Seriously, how big could the brief of evidence be?? It is charges about 4 recordings. It should have been ready right from the start.
