BBM - A different scenario - what if they were followed? It's possible a tracking device was placed on their vehicle and then removed when they arrived at Kendall.
I know it was mentioned that Police checked for a tracking device, but what if it was removed in the dark when they arrived and before Police searched the vehicle?
Some are small and not that expensive.

Just a thought.
What about CCTV footage of the road they travelled to get to their destination? Surely police would of checked that? And i think if travelling a distance you would notice if someone was following your vehicle IMO.BBM - A different scenario - what if they were followed? I'm not sure the police checked for a tracking device. I seem to remember it being said that the family thought the police had checked, and then they found out they'd only checked for an audio device, not for GPS--something like that.BBM - A different scenario - what if they were followed? If so, it makes it even more possible.

That would be the point of the tracking device--to alert someone who wouldn't otherwise know.Only very few people would of known the FP's were going to Kendall for a surprise visit at that time.
They realized he was quiet while they were drinking tea. Were they drinking tea when they last saw him, perhaps five minutes earlier? From your link....
She had just made herself a cup of tea when she realised the little boy had gone quiet.
That's correct they HAD just made a cup of tea & were out on the deck drinking said tea.
They were NOT inside making the cup of tea when poor William vanished.
You might not have articulated those exact words, but tomorrow I will go back and copy and paste your posts and it will be obvious that is what you’re inferring. I’d do it now except I’m not on a reliable device.
I’ll also link to WS TOS re victim blaming. It’s a really good idea to read the TOS before posting, IMO. This isn’t FB, thank heavens.
But police have never stated that is what happened or even hinted at it to my knowledge? That would be the point of the tracking device--to alert someone who wouldn't otherwise know.
I don't think so. Just trying to sort any facts from all the inconsistent stories we have heard in this case, IMO.And so here we are:
First post #785 Wednesday 11th Dec:
I have heard that in the early days of the Inquest, it was reported that the foster carers were finding William hard to handle and were making enquiries about handing him back? I don't know if there is any truth in it, or whether it's just Chinese whispers? It does contradict other reports that say that the foster parents were in the process of applying to adopt both William and his sister. Has anyone here heard anything regarding this?
#797 Thursday 12th:
I do get the feeling that the foster parents, especially the FFC found William very boisterous. The FGM also referred to him being loud
#815 Friday 13th:
I find the FFC's account of the cars being parked over the road concerning, as no-one else appears to have seen them.
#821 Friday 13th:
I am wondering why none of the neighbours in the street noticed the cars? Also, the FMC made no statement about seeing the cars.
When the 000 operator asked the FFC if she had seen anything, she said no.
#846 yesterday:
Ability to provide a safe environment.
#850 yesterday:
Is it a safe thing to leave a child playing unsupervised on a large block that has no fences/gates?
And none of us know exactly how long he was left unsupervised for... Certainly long enough to be abducted.
#851 yesterday:
1. It wasn't the safety of their own home.
2. How do we know it was only a few minutes that William was unsupervised?
#856 yesterday:
William was NOT being watched by 2 adults when he 'disappeared'. Quite the contrary actually.
#858 yesterday:
William was not in sight of the FM or the FGM when he disappeared.
Paul Spedding told the court that when he went to speak to William's foster grandmother – a 30-second conversation – she told him that William's foster mother had left him outside while she went in to make a cup of tea.
#860 yesterday:
The accounts, in this case, seem to change a lot with the FM. First of all, making a cup of tea, then on the porch. Firstly no strange cars, then 2 cars parked across the road (that only she saw).
Last photo was at William's preschool, then on the morning he disappeared...

Disappearance[edit]
On 11 September 2014, William Tyrrell, his foster parents and his five-year-old sister travelled four hours from Sydney to visit his foster grandmother in Kendall. His grandmother's house on Benaroon Drive is directly across the bushland road from the Kendall State Forest, about 35 kilometres (22 mi) south of Port Macquarie.[8] Between 10 and 10:25 am on 12 September, Tyrrell and his sister were playing hide-and-seek in the front and back yard, while his mother and grandmother were sitting outside watching them. His mother went inside to make a cup of tea; she became worried after she had not heard him for five minutes and began searching the yard and house. Shortly after, Tyrrell's father returned after going to Lakewood on business and began searching the street and door-knocking neighbours. At 10:56, his mother phoned 000 emergency services to report him missing and the police arrived at 11:06.[9] His mother's last memory was that Tyrrell was imitating a tiger's roar "raaaarrrr" while running towards the side of the home, and then there was silence and he had disappeared.[10]

And how do you know that this is how it happened?
We only have her word for it. Were you there?
#884 yesterday:
But strictly speaking, William was out of her sight on a semi-rural property when he disappeared.

At 2.28 mins Chris Smith asks the FM "And what was the time between you last saw him when you realised he was missing?", to which the FM gives a rather vague answer...

Time to move on now.

And some of that information especially re the vehicles that couldn't be corroborated by anyone else, was an issue brought up at Inquest. So has the photographic evidence issue been brought up too, and why wasn't that forensically checked in the first place? Why couldn't police decipher how the time change occurred? No wonder people are coming up with all kinds of theories about this case. Also IMO.
But police have never stated that is what happened or even hinted at it to my knowledge?
Thanks but i'm well aware of that.No the police have never said that happened - it was a scenario to discuss, which is what we do here.
And so here we are:

DBM
It is victim blaming, maybe not accusing them of Williams disappearance but certainly picking on them.
The photo's were forensically tested, the Coroner just wants confirmation which was brought up by the Crown.
The report by X-Ways forensic software reads: “Created 12/09/2014 07:39:54 Corrected time: 12/09/2014 09:37:44”.
