One aspect of the case that I would like to see clarified at the next inquest, is if the sniffer dogs did actually find William's scent on the FGM's property?

There has been so much conflicting reporting by the media regarding this and I would like to know if in fact his scent was found within the borders of the yard?
Yes the conflicting reporting in this case has certainly not helped to try and figure out any facts in the case.
I have read the dogs found no scent and then other reports of WT's scent to the driveway, so how to decipher that?
WT's scent should of been there because he was there all around that house & yard from what has been reported.

Yes agreee ...no one seems to know what time W disappeared .....
but it could even be before 10:15 as Det Beaucroft stated it could have been as early as 10:05 am

From tweets at the inquest .....
Det Beacroft told the court she believes William disappeared between 10.05am and 10.15am. She is asked if that puts Savage inside making a phone call for a portion of the time she believes he would’ve been abducted. She responds yes. @10NewsFirst @10Daily

So technically if she is correct dear WT may have been missing an hour before Police arrived on scene ..... (59mins) and if he was abducted by a person using a car he could have already been many kilometres away from Benaroon Drive ...(sadly ) .. by the time Police arrived ....

And going back to the 10:05 as Det Beaucroft suggests ..... then the car heard by the Crabb’s (which they assumed was the Postie’s car - and for which the Police have the Postie’s “times” for that day, and the Police have never confirmed or denied if it was the Postie’s car...???? .)

Then this same car could have possibly been part of the abduction???

To my knowledge the driver of this car has never come forward to be cleared ..... and it is not known if this is the same car (teal colour) that was seen by FM .... driver also has never come forward to my knowledge ....

From this article ;

During those inquiries, a couple living on Benaroon Drive shared that they'd heard a car going towards the foster grandmother's home and turning around about the time William went missing.

Sharelle and Peter Crabb said they were on their back verandah when heard the car about 10.05am, the inquest was told.

Det Sgt Beacroft said though 150 metres away from the foster grandmother's home, the Crabbs could likely hear a car in the quiet street.

Yes ..... but her times for Benaroon that day have never been disclosed by the Police .... they had them at the first inquest .....

There is also this about the car/s in Benaroon that morning .....

The article says- “A taxi driver had seen a Holden Commodore with a box trailer and neighbours Peter and Sharelle Crabb had heard a car which sounded like ute.”

the word “Ute” wasn’t used in the tweets from court .... so we don’t know if the reporting is accurate or not?? Unless someone at the inquest can remember if Mr Crabbe said “Ute” ... when he was referring to the Postie’s car ??

I don't remember hearing that before. Taxi driver? Was Nocturnal Man (#35) a taxi driver?

Yes I believe so .... but my understanding... and I could be wrong .... is that he was retired when he was living at Benaroon ....

"His foster mother had gone inside to make a cup of tea, and today, she broke down in tears while reliving the shock she experienced when she could no longer hear her son playing joyfully with his older sister".

We never hear much about what the sister heard/saw, do we?

Interesting if the taxi driver was another person who had reason to be in the street. Could have been dropping someone off, and have driven up to the corner to turn around.

And how do you know that this is how it happened?

We only have her word for it. Were you there?
Only because some members here insist on keeping my original post going and have categorically and INCORRECTLY said that William was being watched when he disappeared. He may have been up to that point, but not at the time he went missing.

I am hoping that something positive comes out of the next Inquest and we get some much-needed answers on what happened to William.
I think we are well aware no one but the scum saw William the minute he disappeared, move on to poi as a topic

I don't think it matters where we live nowadays but predators are in all locations throughout the country. It's like an epedemic these days from what media portrays to the public.
I think in WT's case we have to look at why specifically was WT targeted when he was not a resident of Kendall? They hadn't even been there 24 hours and WT disappeared. Who even knew he was there, because from what we know nobody followed the FC's to that location. So why did the little boy go missing from a location that was considered "safe" per FFC's statements about it, and how other children always played on the street just fine without any problems?
Paul Savage and a few neighbours and or a lady in a fawn 4x4 with a man in a blue car and also guy in a green car to name a few

What has that got to do with what i said in my post that you quoted and replied this to?

Yes.
Possibly also Spedding (could William have been heard chatting in the background of FM's Friday morning message?)
Possibly also Geoff Owen (was there any contact with him on the Thursday evening/Friday morning about the deck?)

im just saying that for a quiet street there was activity that day,and now i can add maybe the posty,i dont believe they were followed or targeted imo,but country streets can be very busy and from all we have learned in say a 2 hr window the neighbours who didnt do their normal routine that day, mixed with nobody seeing anything etc has created a perfect situation for the abductor ..but William was heard that morning

The police would have checked the postie out.

There could even be another 4WD on the radar ... depending what colour this one was (wasn't it thought to be white? I have a feeling that bearbear found a link about that, way back in the threads.)

Police believe a 4WD spotted outside the home of missing toddler William Tyrell could shed light on the three-year-old’s disappearance a year ago this week.

Yes. Kendall is a country town. It is not rural, it is not city. It is a town (or village) of over 1,100 people. And FGM lived in a designed development ... a neighbourhood.

Unfortunately, there is a high proportion of sex offenders in that general area. And I think we will find that most, if not all, of the POIs fall into that category. Although there is a good chance we will never know that for sure, due to our privacy around pedos and their activities.
Not that it matters too much..but Kendall and specifically Benaroon dr is commonly referred to as a semi rural setting...it's country living as opposed to urban living..

I think that is what I said, isn't it? A country town. Thanks for confirming.
I know what rural is, I lived rural for quite a few years. No towns within a 2 hour drive. And it is nothing like Kendall.
