Has anyone heard much about Derek Nichols since the beginning of the alledged "ring" stuff in the area - way back? Since then, he hasn't been given a lot of attention. He lived close by. His home was searched in 2015 in relation to WT. I seem to remember he was once a focus of "a current affair" (one of four POIs mentioned by ACA - IIRC), but he has since fallen off the radar...

Registered - bad isn't it? there must be so many towns being the same..

There has been a lot talk lately whether Benaroon is rural or not... I think it depends on the council? I know this because I put in a DA for my property & found it is listed as rural. I don't live near Kendall tbs - but I learnt it is a matter of council classification.

I'm consider rural -I can't see my neighbours - but can hear them when they are fighting... & vis versa

I found this for Benaroon - whether it matches Hasting's Council's true allocation - IDK

But also I don't think it matters wrt to the abduction ... what the classification actually is? It's quite spacious land... so easier to get away with an abduction - than say inner city living? MOO

Pointless conversation, really. The fact is that there are over 1,100 people living in Kendall, it is very close to other towns where known pedos lived and/or worked, there are a number of those pedos among the known POIs, as well as a close neighbour who is known for sexual harassment.

Yes maybe pointless..but not everyone here knows the demographics so just wanted them to have an idea of hiw the area is classified.

In person , Pics , CI video etc . I think Jubes was questioning someone thAt needed questioning namely PS.

Thats quite low..youd expect more like 1 in 10 IMO..
2.35 per 100 is low as registered sex offenders. Who are the unregistered ones that get away with it - they are a concern also.

So, what you are saying is that the police had reason to check out Nichols (other than him being a notorious pedo who lived in the area) and once realising that Nichols couldn't have been involved (for whatever reason), Jubes at some point noticed how much Savage looks like Nichols ... so he zoomed in on Savage?
And then Jubes found many weaknesses - perhaps even impossibilities - in Savage's story.

Interesting theory. If that is what you are saying. There is certainly some reason why Savage is under the microscope.
