They were talking about people being everywhere when they got home AFTER going & checking the house in Ellendale ,which had a pool ( they drove their car around there) , this was AFTER they had been home from being out & AFTER they heard what they thought was the postie & AFTER the FFC & MFC came running up their driveway frantic.

Hope that makes sense!

Thanx doc, I find it kinda strange that they headed by car to Ellendale when there are other houses on Benaroon with pools.
I’d be checking my house and surroundings first.

Toddlers have been known to drown in 1/4 bucket of water, they simply fall head first and that’s that.

The Wilsons heard the kids playing so could a night owl or shift worker been not so happy to be woken by screaming kids. I’m thinking of the creepy house and owl man. o_O

BBM I guess it's possible, but I can't see it, it's not like it happened every morning and irritation was building, just a one-off, plus the two houses are 100m apart.

I think, that was just the first place they thought of that they knew had a pool, & that no one was home. I guess a car was quicker . By this time WT had maybe been missing for 20-25 mins or could have been much longer if we go with the earlier time.

Everyone was thinking he had wandered off ............

Woah, a girl goes away for a couple of days and comes back to find 30+ new pages AND a new thread!

While I go back and catch up, I want to thank Esme for her reply to me and I have replied privately to her; her 'follow' of me had my hopes up momentarily that she may have been an 'insider' and I was somehow on the 'right track' with my thoughts. And yes, I was referring to Esme Watson from A Country Practice (gee I miss those shows and wish they would bring that style of drama back).

Okay, back to where I left off in thread #50...

I thought I was the only one that was watching back those old TV shows lol. ACP is actually somewhere online to watch if you look hard for it.

i know both fp and bp have been declared innocent of involvement and im absolutely in no way implying otherwise with this question, but in most cases involving a child its usually always close family or friends responsible, so wouldnt an intelligent person assume they were to be the focus in the early stages and expect a surveillance or listening device to be planted in their car or home etc and be very careful what they said or did?
so my question is, surely this car listening device isnt the only evidence clearing the fp? i also wonder if bp had surveillance devices in place?

And I am also in no way speculating any family member is involved, but find it interesting that since day dot the police have over and over said the family were cleared from almost day one, yet here they are admitting well after all this time of a suspicion and planting listening devices etc on the FP car,

This is the other photo for comparison.... Front left could be faded enough to look white... but the actual suit at back of this "angle of the photograph" does look faded red and blue.....
white is not a colour that comes to mind at all,the blue and red stands out far more

Was the sandy-haired driver ever identified? Was it ever said at the inquest that he had not been? Provided he exists, if he hasn't come forward, he seems like a viable suspect.

Wouldn’t they have footage of someone else meddling with it if that were the case

Not necessarily so in my view. The surveillance was set up with a focus on Mr Savage and it doesn't appear they considered someone else might react.

Could anyone clarify what this Trial is really all about and where they seem to be going with it?
It's all over the shop from what i have read here,
How is all this determining if GJ illegally recorded someone?

Hi Karinna, not sure, I think the question is whether each of Jubelin's recordings without a warrant fell within the terms of the emergency provisions where it's OK to do so, and also I think to establish the seriousness or alternatively triviality of the offences if he did breach the requirements.

Take into account what you’ve read is only a snippet of what’s going on , closed court and NPO. The hearing is not finished yet.

You said someone else may have meddled with it. If so I’m sure it would have been recorded .

Thanks for your reply JLZ. I am wondering what that actual emergency was? Didn't seem to me there was one. It's not like PS was on his death bed or anything. And certainly could of waited for a new warrant to be issued IMO. Can't police get an emergency warrant if needed?
But that's JMO.

I just checked GM and cannot even see which house in
Ellendale had a pool. It must be well hidden, I can see a pool 27 Benaroon maybe 9 Benaroon and my eyesight prevails any further. If there is a house on Ellendale with a pool I wonder if it was a "known" pool that might not have been fenced whilst others on Benaroon were known to be fenced. Even though it is the law, a couple days ago I was driving through rural a country town and saw an above ground pool sitting next to a house with no fence whatsoever. I was gobsmacked.

Its actually not that far either from their house, interesting they chose to drive there.

And if they knew of such pool did they call the homeowners first to ask them to check the pool before driving down there.

You would need to ask the Prosecutors that are, in essence, charging him. It's all been their evidence so far, and it will continue tomorrow morning according to tweets. The Defence hasn't even started yet.

Yep I think the experts in law are pretty onto where they are going with this. Sheesh

I’ve been reading thread after thread & page after page for a couple of years now & I’m just gobsmacked really, by the amount of people around at the time, with verifiable alibi’s & yet poor little William is still missing! No crying out, no screams, no scent passed the yard perimeter, etc.

It’s like the poor little mite has disappeared into thin air! I really hope that there is something concrete, that is being withheld from the public that will help find him.
