Agree. I feel this trial is serving far more purpose than what was intended and I imagine GJ and Cuneen have been waiting for this opportunity. If he can't speak at the inquest, he can certainly speak at his own trial. Different forum, that's all. The info (and other information regarding the internal workings of NSWP) is getting out there. I doubt he is overly concerned about the eventual 'punishment' he will receive from the court. I believe he is still fighting to find out what happened to William, whatever way he can and this trial is working for him. And for those who can't believe that someone could do that, maybe they could come around to the fact that he is also writing a book....which could very easily then become a film or television series.

And we will have to wait and see if the proposed Jubelin book will get to the publication stage . I have a gut feeling there will be legal action pending to stop publication.

If you’d read my posts regularly, you’d know that I have the utmost sympathy & empathy for both the foster and bio families.
But for this cop to tell the fm that no one cared about her son is a disgrace.

It is my view there has been no corroborating proof offered to prove what words were actually spoken and the manner in which those words were spoken. Nothing - zero - zilch. It is my view the foster carer/mum has put her own slant on a discussion which would have obviously been very difficult and emotionally devastating to hear. Lia Harris's podcast which has actual record of a very emotionally charged foster carer/mum describing what she perceived occurred. But there is no proof of what actually occurred is there?

Hogan told the court “no individual police officer is above the law... no matter how serious the crime being investigated... and there’s no dispute this is a tragic, tragic case, the disappearance of William Tyrrell”. The crown has finished their closing arguments.

But isn’t that the point of testimonies under oath? That’s often how guilt or innocence is proven in criminal cases, via the testimony of witnesses. IMO

He wasn’t that vulnerable back then, crikey he was doing daily treks and looking for some skirt in a Post uniform.
Both Savage and Jubelin have aged since then.
