Cops Secret Immunity Offer to solve William Tyrrell Case.

- Jubelin was considering offering Savage a similar immunity deal to what he offered Atkins in the Leveson Inquest. There was a description of Faye Leveson consoling FM.

- It said that Williams Sister, in her interview, told Detectives that she saw William running towards daddy's car before he vanished. PS had a similiar car as FF, described as Grey station wagon.

- A couple who lived on Benaroon Drive also told police they heard the sound of a car moving on a gravel driveway. Savage had a gravel driveway.

There is much more as it is a 'huge' article.

Anyone else that has access could add more.

ETA: IMO that was the second time that the 'white' top was mentioned, from memory PS mentioned it to GJ earlier.

Remind me what car the FF and PS had again and colors? was it ever mentioned in MSM I cant remember?

We had an ongoing case up north (not missing related but fraud)

A known high profile real estate agent was embezzling funds from the agency trust account. In Feb 2018 it all fell apart, she was in too deep and knew she could not make the trust account right and was in over her head with not being able to pay staff commissions or even deposits received to owners of properties she was selling. She handed herself into authorities and DFT.

Her excuse to do it was that for some time she was unable to meet the shortfalls of paying her staff commissions, wages and the general running of the agency. These were Byron Bay based properties so we are talking big bucks in comissions. She would take money from the trust account to do all of this thinking she could top it back up again quickly without anyone noticing. She said all her intentions were good ones, to try and get money back to pay the staff and that's why she was doing it so that she could keep the agency going and the staff paid and with jobs.

It didnt change the fact that she had good intentions, she broke the law and committed a serious crime and the DFT decided they would make an example out of her, stating it was the largest case of real estate trust account fraud ever seen in Australia.

She was finally jailed late last year, on the recommendation of 10 years jail time to set an example, the judge sentenced her 3.5 years.

So my point is here, unfortunately, even though Jubelin had good intentions and an attempt to protect himself the law just might push to make an example out of him..... I truly hope not. Lets hope his impeccable track record keeps him free

But she was embezzling funds, even though it was with good intentions, money was spent that was not hers.

I don't think it compares with Jubelin recording a convo, when the suspect called him, not the other way around. JMO

I suppose police clarified with sister, the car of which daddy?

Was it ever said in a podcast what time MFC's internet appointment finished? I don't think it was mentioned elsewhere but I couldn't listen to most of the podcasts. I know about his other times closer to 10:30.

Ok, that article has my imagination running overtime, lol. Could portray PS as a capable and virile male prepared to go to great lengths for his paramour, not the vulnerable elderly man as the prosecution going after Jubelin would have us believe? Deceitfulness and secretiveness? Did he have it delivered by post?
Unfortunately, when a crime has been committed, these things always come to light if you're on the witness list and close or live close to the victim, best to confess it and they'll move on, imo.

Other thoughts -
If HS was running late for bingo that morning, could PS have backed the car out onto the street to save valuable minutes?
Did PS see William in the front yard and didn't admit it for fear of the cops questioning him further which inevitably ended up happening anyway?
The Postie due to visit FGM 2 days (? ) after William went missing, was this for an expected parcel delivery for FGM or to discuss a private matter?

I know his car was looked into however so long after.

If there was no scent of William passed the FGM driveway it tells me that if he was hit it was on the FGM side of the property by someone or he was taken from that side as well.

Where was Williams's sister if she was able to see down the driveway to what she said was Daddys car? I thought she was inside using the bathroom?

PS and FG driveways do not connect and are not in front of each other so cant see he could have reversed into him or hit him unless he drove onto FGM property.

It just makes no sense....
