Margaret Christina Cox was last seen alive on the night of December 19, 1996.
The 38-year-old was walking along the then Pacific Highway near the Big Oyster just north of Taree
Coroner to investigate 14yo murder case

FA says he got his scratches from oysters.
He is just disgusting.
Ok.... so this is different to the really historical case he got off on? I’ll need to research this a bit further.

The inquest was in 2010 from what I've read …. so sadly the inquest transcripts / findings are not available online....
I tried to find it, to see if FA was called back then......

Are old inquests from that time available at the NSW Library??? If any one is a member???

the dog,its an insult to dogs being referred to with FA other than the name of devil i cant think of a name thats vile enough for FA
Totally agree. I’d put him closer to the pig pile

TJ & FA are treating this as a joke / game , absolutely disgusting to watch.

Eg an exchange between them today about them seeing / not seeing each other in the street where TJ lived when FA was trying to challenge TJ saying he never saw him ( and FA's BIL lived as well ) ended with TJ saying he was only interested in people who wore skirts & FA laughing.

I really don't know why he has no legal rep ( I'm starting to think he has maybe refused ) & is enjoying this IMO

The coroner does her best to keep him reigned in but he just carry's on.................

None of the other Legal teams have cross examined TJ at all ( smart move I think )

Funny, FA had no "question's " or " challenges" for LH after her evidence

BBM

FA and TJ are UTTERLY VILE CRETINS.

I feel sorry for all those who have ever crossed their paths.

can someone please verify what GO said at the inquest in regards to knowing FA and how buddy buddy they were

He said basically FA lived in a caravan up the road, didn't like his work , denied working together.

IMO they knew each other well...........

He's yet to finish his evidence ( well that's what we are lead to believe anyway )

PH today described him as " strange fella who lived in caravan"

GO lived in a caravan, he moved to Port Macquarie, FA moved in to his caravan, GO moved back into the same caravan again & than FA moved into the caravan at the saw mill. Think I've got that right ;)

It's actually be quite horrible to listen to as an outsider, can't imagine how the families & friends are coping :(
I can only imagine dr. It would make me so angry and physically unwell I think. Thank you for going and caring. Hope you’re looking after yourself too after such evil encounters.

Probably not the best terminology given FA is suspected of abusing "buddy" the chocolate lab...
o my gosh,that missed my mind...sorry sorry

You'll only get copies of non-published inquests if you are the NOK I believe or have a very good reason.

FA started today off with saying he lost his voice & trying to demonstrate his " lost voice" & complaining that he had been sitting there for an hour & was not given water.

Coroner said , well you have water now , have a drink & he was fine the rest of the day............
