My thoughts:

The cars we parked in front of # 35, the FFC said she saw no one in the cars, maybe the occupants went inside # 35 ( the house is set a fair way back of the road ) ?

The person that the FFC said she saw turn into the Miller's fits the description of DP and also maybe FA , both have access to may cars on the Heron Ck propery...........

DP & FA know each other very well, DP says he's scared of FA

The Miller's was essentially vacant (as the Miller's were away) was someone hiding there as a lookout??? To tip someone off, maybe in car? I'm sure PS would have known the Miller's were away, he seemed to know everything about everyone. He knew the FF arrived the night before , heard the kids that morning etc

FA has a history of dragging people into his crimes than holding that over their heads so to speak. He brags to anyone & everyone it seems about getting of murder charge.

Seems people are scared of him.

I am stating to wonder if WT was initially taken to Heron's Creek ( hence the searches ) & than driven away ( maybe 300kms somewhere ) on another day?

It was not made clear in evidence, that the day RP said he picked up FA & WT at the shed near the school that it was the 12th, I think many assumed it was, maybe it wasn't? Maybe it was the next day?

Evidence was heard that FA used cars from people without their knowledge ( from DP from memory ) despite having no license.

I think there a few people involved in this crime

I think poor William was eventually placed in water due to alot of questions around boats & fishing

PS may have seen something or knows something, he could have been threatened or his family, but with FA know locked up ( he won't live to get out of jail ) , this his his time to speak up , but he hasn't ( that we know off )

ALL IMO etc.

I think discussing theories is a fantastic way to try to work out what the possibilities are with the information we currently have. Personally, I’m getting more confused the more info we are receiving. The inquests and subsequent information released have given me more questions than answers. Hopefully the pieces of the puzzle all fall together eventually. That is why theories are important to discuss.

I also am very interested in what Owen knows, for the same reason.

And I had the same thought about the person turning in the Miller's driveway maybe being Abbott. I wonder if FM has said similar to the detectives, if she saw a photo of Abbott. I imagine she has seen photos of many sex offenders in that area - in an interview with the police - to try and pin that down.

So many people connected in this case :

GO did decking @ FGM, so I assume PS knew him also ( sure he would have wandered over for a stickybeak & chat )

FGM knew GO

GO knew FA, DP & maybe PS

FA , RP & DP all knew each other

FA & TJ knew each other IMO, despite TJ denying it ( that was plain a day to me in court with the games they were playing in court IMO)

FA also involved in scrap metal according to DP's evidence.

I think so. The police had apparently reviewed traffic cameras to find out the car's movements.

If they have identified other cars in a similar manner, I don't think the Coroner has allowed those documents to be released.



The new coronial documents detail how investigators have had to cobble together records of Porter's alleged travels on the mid north coast in September 2014, the month William vanished.

Data and photographs from Roads and Maritime Services cameras indicate that Porter's white stationwagon traveled around the region over several days that month.

A recent document says in the two days after William vanished, Porter's car was recorded passing the Kew southbound camera on the morning of September 13, 2014, and the north- and south-bound cameras at Port Macquarie, the next day.

My current theory about how this all could have happened ...

Abbott was in the area visiting with the mystery man at #35. Who knows why. Mystery man grew pot in his window box? Had kiddie videos? Had violent adult movies? Something(s).

Abbott saw William as Abbott was leaving, and took him.

Savage saw this from his back porch, and the whole area knows who Abbott is and what he is capable of.

Abbott makes his way to the school with little William.

Porter picks them up, much later, and drives them away.

Did they drive 300km? I don't think so, hence the searches all around where Abbott lived.

Porter likely said 300km because he knows William is no longer with us, and he didn't want to totally blow his mate in, so he made it seem as if William was passed to someone else far away. Made it seem that Abbott didn't murder William. That way Abbott might go down for abduction, but not for murder. And fools would quit blaming the FP.

Savage is too scared of Abbott to speak, even though they have tried every which way. Reward, immunity, phone recordings, visits on unexpected Fridays .... and more. But he, too, doesn't want the innocent FP blamed so he supported them however he could.

Mystery man at #35 is frightened too, so he moved away.

No-one wants themselves or their families to experience Abbott's wrath when he gets out of prison. And he wasn't in prison when William disappeared.

I think Savage and family would have jumped at the 1 mill in reward money,i think he is very dodgy and has a past we dont know about..i still think he was the one who was close and i believe he has a split personality..as for mystery man thats mind blowing how he has just slipped out and no info on him other than he was a Taxi driver / i think..the owl still bugs me.....as for Abbot most likely as he walks a lot as does Savage mind you...borrows cars.. is a complete creep, had a friend close to Benneroon Drive etc and along with Anthony Jones was broke ... this is bigger than we think i think...I also think Abbot will dob himself in in jail or at the net inquest. imo

Could be one extreme to the other..... Was his name on the Offender Register or was he Undercover in Kendall for some reason ???? Or some other reason?

One thing that is interesting and goes with your feeling that William ended up in water, the police looked at Road and Maritime cameras. (as per my previous link)

Perhaps because of the boat thing (the letter asking for Abbott's boat to be moved).

The photos north and southbound the day after near Port Macquarie is difficult to pinpoint on the map - there's not enough information.

Yes Porters car does look like the image released by the Police .. I went back to look at them today .....
The image also looks' like the car Tony Jones used....

Yes why haven't we ever heard about a possible match for the second car??? Was it new to the area???

And I though it was interesting that Police Image shows the cars with hubcaps... not without... were the Police trying to hide the "no hubcaps" as long as possible?? Like the white spider on William's Spiderman Costume ....?

Is someone a car person and be able to find a pic of Rays car,fm said no hub caps..im thinking she would have noticed black stripe in that case as seen on TJ car..thanks for all the help folks...brain spinning agian

I don't personally think that Porter's car needed to have been at #35 that morning, for an Abbott theory to apply.

Geoff Owen was in Kendall that morning. He could have dropped Abbott off somewhere close by.

To me, it is not unlikely that Abbott carried William to the school. Abbott was accustomed to walking a lot. And if Porter didn't arrive there till after 3pm, Abbott had a lot of time with William before Porter arrived.

If Abbott did carry William away, it could be why Savage disappeared for 1½ hours to see if he could see where they went/find William.

Thats very true I also believe Ray couldnt keep the guilt any more after all those years,nobody would come up with i gave my mate,best buddy..a lift with a small boy...the one that went missing....

The only pics I see are the traffic cam pics. And they only show front-on pics as they try to get the number plate in the pic.

From the inquest , there was another car also caught on that same camera as RP's on the 12/9/14 @ 14:07 , a green/blue car ( ? toyota camry) that belonged to DP.

DP was asked if he was driving on that day & he said he wasn't & that he didn't go anywhere on that day as he was getting buses ready.

He was asked if he knew who was driving it & he said he honestly didn't even know it was out.

He also said that the blue/green car was awaiting a re-spay & that it was an embarrassment to drive.

This came after questions about FA driving his cars.

No we don't. My theory is just me trying to piece things together, using things we do know ... that the police are searching all around where Abbott lived and Jubes' focus on getting Savage to talk.

I welcome anyone else's theory. And I understand that theories can change as/if we learn more.

I think you are right,they are searching because i dont think Ray drove Abbott that day or if he did,he had 10.30ish to 3.30ish to fill in time..im not sure about hospital distance and time..i think he got to that shed fairly quickly and held up there because of sirens etc..helicopters and so on..he would have panicked and as soon as Ray got there he left town to get as far as he could fast.

So what would the reason be for not telling police in this scenario? He obviously had to have cared about William’s safety and wasn’t frightened for his own safety if he went after the abductor(s). Surely telling the police what he saw would have had a better outcome than PS locating and confronting the abductor(s) on his own.

Im thinking maybe he went to tell caravan lady to keep quiet and may to re hide stuff (wink) he may have been hiding that he didnt want to keep at home,i dont think hes scared of much really,kept a camera,wasnt fazed by a small boys spiderman suit that just turned up..harassed the postie,played games and is a complete bloody pest sticking his beak in.
